  • so as always the response back isn't good,

    apparently "indoor service" isn't covered or guaranteed under my contract.

    @VF rep, Can you please release me from this contract, this is getting ridiculous, i could get a phone with orange that does everything their coverage map states for less money, but i'm tied to vodfaone on a contract that's useless to me. would you pay 35 pounds a month for something you don't use?

    why tell me i can have "loads of inclusive minutes so wont need my landline"

    why have a map that says good indoors when it should state "good indoors but it doesn't matter if that's a lie because we are covered with small print"

    thanks for miss selling me a contract that's cost me a fortune.

    Hi representative, do not know if you can help me my contract is with Phones4U though the bills are done through you, they gave me a faulty phone almost 2 months ago and the run around and right now I have made or received zero calls on the handset or used any data and phones4u have finally said they will replace phone however refuse to pay the contract costs so wondered what you can do
