I'd say it was holiday spend NGlady so wouldn't declare!

I've got a spend to declare too, £52 (I know it's a lot) on a pair of tan leather brogues. They're to replace my New Look ones which weren't leather and got scuffed. I wore these loads so they will get good use. Also bought my uggs which I'm not declaring as they were my present to myself when I became debt free. I cheated a wee bit as had to buy them a month or so ago or else I wouldn't have got them, but they are bought and paid for already so don't even need to save for them.

  • OK I have spends to declare *hangs head*

I was in London on Friday, meeting at lunchtime and then meeting a friend at the V&A in the afternoon. So I walked across Kensington Gardens and down to the museums, and walked past an Oxfam. And I thought "Kensington Oxfam must have some good stuff" Well it did, although generally with prices to match!

Anyway, I ended up buying a Cos dress for £17.99. It's red and jersey and a very unusual cut. I probably didn't need it though, so not very impressed with myself. Oh well, it's lovely and I'll sure I'll get wear out of it.

    Off to update signature . . .

Kensington charity shops always worth a look - just as well I didn't end up working round there, but still have completely fab velvet coat from when I was temping and only had to walk downstairs from work to charity shop at lunchtime!

Have confession to make - ordered beautiful mac found in TM Lewin online, as they didn't have my size, and found equally fab other colour in the process so ordered both :o

They are half price with further 10% off and free delivery and 10% Quidco cashback but the total is still eye-watering. However the cut was absolutely fab and they are classic so could last for years. Will decide whether they get to stay once have tried them. Have not regretted this approach with winter coats as enjoy them so much and they will last years, so will see if summer ones deserve same.

Just occurred to me that I spent £15 on a few pairs of knickers in M&S on friday!! :p
Takes me up to £39.40 spent out of £240. Am feeling quite pleased with myself, as I avoided the Next sale again recently, even though they kept sending me e-mails asking if I had forgotten to book my slot!! :rotfl:
