Hi guys & welcome to ChihiroSen - never too late to join here, well maybe on December 31st but otherwise never :D.

I cant even get into my favourite jeans :o but do sympathise debbie & rosa.

My ebay dress arrived today & it's perfect; it looks brand new, is a great fit, ideal length & for some unknown reason makes Daphne & Delores look amazing so I'm very happy at that for £4.98 :).

Thanks Batgirl21 -yes I forgot about that deal in sports direct.

Great new dress Lula - its great when something fits and feels great straightaway.

DD1 passed a huge bag of cast-offs to her two sisters last night:) - I managed to grab two(staple grey & beige) tops and a black short sleeved coat with pearl buttons and a pair of jeans.

Just tried them on - tops are ok, not sure if I like the coat and the jeans are torn at the back of them at the bottom (have cut it off) but not sure if I like them - but beggars can't be choosers.

But because DD1 and me have same size feet I got the two pairs of foottwear - one a pair of dark brown cowboy boots she wore for a week before she got her lighter coloured pair for her birthday (been sat in her wardrobe for 2 years!)- and a pair of black high heel shuboots(only worn a handful of times by a model)so am very happy.

May have to dip into sports direct tomorrow to suss out those jeans

Today I bought a bra and a pair of slippers from M&S that I am keeping (The bra was £3 in the sale)...and a dress from where I work at a 75% discount to be worn as uniform, but which I chose and like a lot. I also bought a second pair of slippers (thicker ones for colder weather and it IS freezing at the moment). The slippers are to replace the pair I've been wearing since 2003 and which now have multiple holes in both...

Bought a top today for my holiday for £10 reduced from £20 and put back a dress that was a bit tight instead of going ahead and buying it that was also half price.
