Thanks for that - have you had a reply yet ;)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

  • Does anyone have an email address for the Customer services dept (apart from the one above posted for the man at the top?!)
I need to email them re probs with my order (I've waited 3 weeks for my order which apparently should be dispatched now by the 12th with most of the order cancelled & some of the items I ordered at sale price how now gone back to full price so I've been charged full price. That doesn,t seem right to me?!)
I can't find how to access it in "My account" and there's no "Contact Us" section. I don' t want to ring them
    Thanks
  • I can still see it in the thread

Have you thought of sending a Telegram, Sam? Of course M&S should Get it on and sort this out, those London Boys just aren't interested in customer service are they?
The whole thing is a rip off! Email the Main Man and tell him to Rock On and deal with this. Probably too busy sat in their plush offices eating Romany Soup for lunch. Tell them to take Easy Action or you will Truck on over there and sing the summertime blues whilst threatening them with a Zip Gun until its sorted.

They wont fool the children of the revolution, oh no no!

Its the hassle....we don't need it. As for waste of postage, packaging and paper..don't get me started! So far 4 large cardboard boxes have arrived, all about 2 foot high and 3 foot across, with a full invoice of my order in each (confusing seeing as the boxes only contain portions of my order!)Oh, and one poly bag package. Considering I only ordered underwear in the main and the boxes are half empty... (how big can my stuff be I hear you ask?! Well, I am a size 10..) think the reason pple have got a little het up over this is that M&S see, and like to present themselves to my mind as the creme de la creme..not just any old store but a Marks and Spencer store! They need to take a few lessons from Next and the like on internet ordering and shopping......

Oh I so agree. They have a thing in place called Plan A which promises to reduce landfills, carrier bags and consumerables etc. Then the next thing there is all this damn packaging like you have just experienced. I can only presume they have all this packaging material from some poor third world country which only pay fresh air for a hards work. I dont get it. They have gone all internetified and yet they are getting it soooo wrong!!!!
  • Sorry I went a bit off topic there. Mrs s
