Errrm, isn't this all a bit storm-in-a-teacup?
I mean, it's not life-or-death, is it? Relax, smile, chill a little

I don't think being charged £25 for something they didn't send was a storm in a teacup. If I hadn't added up the value of the returns in addition to what I was keeping I wouldn't have realised. And I suspect M&S wouldn't have.
£25 is a 1/2 day off my mortgage free date - I'd sooner it went there than to M&S profits.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I totally agree. Maybe avinabacca can afford to lose £25. Some people really dont care. Deff not a s-in-a-teacup scenario at all..I don't think being charged £25 for something they didn't send was a storm in a teacup. I do care - but only about important things, not about whether or not my sale items get to me within 48 hours or whatever.
It's not going to kill you, is it? Problem identified, resolution on its way, all's well that ends well.
If you want to get all haughty and into a tizzy about what I say, fair enough, your call entirely - but that's your problem; I've got much better things to do than get all, ahem, stressed about it

This is my first year shopping online at the m+s sale.
NEVER AGAIN. Absolutely rubbish.
Ordered 33 items christmas eve, 5 just 5 have turned up today, all other items have been gradually cancelled in 1s and 2s due to lack of stock during the last week. Well if they'd sent it out sooner it would have still been in stock wouldn't it.!:mad:0 -
