Thank you all! You are all so lovely to me!
Have been so busy at work!
my weekend starts today I have today and tomorrow off work and DH and I are getting away for a couple of days to celebrate my b'day today. It'll be a chance for us to chill and spend quality time together.
Had to update my jabs yesterday and now have a sore arm. This weekend I will have to looking at getting my holiday wardrobe organised. I need to have a think about what I will realistically wear over the two weeks. I will have limited space I'm my bag as we will taking other things for us. I may also buy a 'lighter' suitcase as mine weighs quite a lot.
My list for today is
- relax
- have fun
- get some fresh sea air
Hope you all have a good day!

EVening Everyone
Thank you for the birthday wishes! I had a lovely break and birthday.
DH and I got back from our break this afternoon. We are both shattered - he has fallen asleep on the sofa and I have been on the laptop catching up on surveys; clearing out the inbox, looking for clothes on the net and generally sitting around doing very little.
The break away was just what we needed and we had lovely weather. We managed a six mile walk yesterday and while we ache a bit today, I know I feel better for it.
We did of course spend too much money - DH is insisting I don't contribute but I will give him some money. I know he wants to treat me but we do have to be a bit sensible.
I ended up doing a bit of clothes shopping while we were away to get some clothes for my forthcoming holiday. As I said in an earlier post, I have very few summery clothes and I am having a clothing crisis. I hate dressing in the summer and the place we are going is fairly conservative. I don't feel comfortable wearing native clothes and most people of my generation don't wear them. I also feel so big compared to all the others there! I have bought three new tops for the holidays and two new cardigans. The cardis and one of the tops were bargains from Monsoon although I am contemplating taking one of the cardis back. I will start to put together outfits so that I know what I need to take and what outfits I will have to wear while I am out there.
The only thing I have done since I have got back is put on a load of washing. Tomorrow will involve loads of running around - and I have a list started in my head.
I have had a chance to read some of my regular threads but not post. I hope to catch up with you all very soon.
Hope you all are well.

Sorry - need to vent! lots of stuff going much of which I am avoiding!
Am having real trouble with my eating - I am constantly hungry - I call it mouth hunger. Nothing is satisfying me! I think I need to drink more water. Despite me telling DH that I want to lose weight he has agreed to three dinners out with his family where I can't manage the points that come across my plate. His family only meet to eat and I am getting irrationally angry about it.
Not making much sense - will go to bed and see if I can get through the next few days with a bit more positivity.
