Value shower gel down to 10p in Sainsburys and tesco, any good??

I've bought a bottle of the Tesco and it smells OK, but haven't used it yet. What I think I'll end up doing is alternating between Value and the 42p tesco stuff depending on my mood. I do the same with deodorant, using 64p Tesco most of the time and £2.50 Lynx when I'm in a bad mood.
Might not be worth the effort for 32p a bottle though

I bought it a few weeks ago, so I couldn't say. It's still showing on Tesco Price Check as 10p. Hopefully they'll be wary of changing this one now it's got competitive with the other supermarkets.0 -

I use the Asda stuff for hols - seems to work as soap, shampoo, and clothes wash, and not really a problem if you take too much and have to leave some behind.0

I get it and use it as a handwash when i want to wash the grease off my rubber gloves ...0

Thanks for the tips on this! was in Sainsburys this morning and the value showergel is 10p at my local (Leamington Spa) with lots of stock, so got some to try. They also have Radox, Johnsons, Dove etc reduced
to £1 and lower, think the Radox was 80p and some for 74p. Have enough to keep family of 4 squeeky clean for few months now I think!0 -

lots of people seem to like the sainsburys value gel over the over value gels in the other gels om the other major supermarkets. some report on the nice smell. I currently have 16 bottles in my bathroom cupboard. Never tried the value shower gell before in sainsburys, but £1.60 wont break the bank.
People above have mentioned using the product for using to wash clouthes with, handwash and even for shampoo
