All 10 sales finished with a bidder, quite a lot still at 99p but at least that is 10, albeit small, items out the house, and most were freebies/cost pennies so I'm happy with that and 9 have been paid for already too.

So worked out my totals after all fees and postage profit is £11.65 - ashamed to post that under kashton's amazing total but it's £11.65 I wouldn't have otherwise for very little effort and those items are all out the house now along with associated packaging materials.

Have listed 5 more things for this week, 2 have watchers already, and am tempted to add another 5 tomorrow night if I get time - I make regret it on Sunday if I've got too much to package up though so will see what time I get home.

Kashton/Kim - super congrats on making and EXCEEDING your January £1000 travel fund sales target. That's absolutely brilliant. As I said before, it's people like you who get me motivated to sell sell sell. My DH thinks it's great as it's my first hobby outside of going to the gym. I just love to declutter and this is a fantastic way to make some money at the same time! I've made just over £200 (deducting Ebay, Paypal and extra postage costs) as of this morning and still have 13 items on BIN for sale with a bunch of watchers. If I could get to £250 this month that would be brilliant.

Good luck to all of us!!!

I've got just over £200 in Paypal. Haven't added anything else onto eBay as I got so peed off when the system went slow and then stopped working for me.

Just need to weigh 20 odd items and get them uploaded but not sure when I shall have the time as have to clean house; that is a major project

Well done everyone. Will pop back next week to see how we are doing and what we are hoping to achieve in Feb.

  • Wow kashton, well done on exceeding your £1000 aim. That is an amazing amount of money to make in one month.

My total this month so far is £166.21... I'd like to make it to £180 by the end of the month, but not sure if I will or not as I begrudge paying insertion fees so I am waiting for another free listing weekend.
  • We de-cluttered our hallway and a cupboard in the lounge over the weekend. A pine chest of drawers has 59 watchers and has over £25 of bids and an old Speak and Spell has £10 bids with 19 watchers (the speak and spells seem to be going like hot cakes!) and that's just two of the items we found, so I'm quite excited about that!
