    Hi All,

I listed 7 things over the free weekend one sold for £4.02 and got bids on 4 more items which will all finish tonight.:D

I'm hoping to list a few bits every weekend until I'm rid of the rubbish I no longer need.

Trying to sell my mums gorgeous white day bed and brand new mattress, i've put a reserve on it and a starting bid of 99p. Have had loads of people asking for a buy it now price but have asked them to just make an offer, only a couple got back to me but price was too low. Do have a lady coming this evening to have a look at it though so fingers crossed. It has 25 watchers but not 1 bid yet lol

well the lady came to have a look and loved it, told her that I had already had 1 offer of £75 (which I have) and she asked if her mum could come and have a look. Have heard nothing back from her so assume she thought price was too high. Got 3 bids on it now and has broke the £50 reserve. It has 27 watchers and ends tomorrow night so keeping fingers crossed!

So I've started off my ebay year with sales of £35.49. 2 items unsold but only a small picture frame and theory test book so they will be going into my carboot box.

Need to rethink my ebay atm on my business account, fees are quite high in relation to sales! the joy of lots of low value items, all the listing fees add up! :(

Sales are good, just fees take up too much lol! Will wait for these to end and try some other items for a while

  • Got an item on for £15.99 with Best Offers, get an offer for £6.35, what planet are some people living on surely they can't seriously think their offer will be accepted.

  • Just added up, taking off fees and P&P costs and got a grand total of £53.28 for 13 sales. That's well on the way to my target of £100 for January so am overall pleased with that. Will be listing tonight for 10 day auctions to end next Sunday night, so a trip to the post office Monday/Tuesday. Good luck everyone.
