No emails from 'Sharon'......have now 'refreshed' my bank details so waiting for PP to deposit the few pence into my account to have it verified then I will try and get my money again - which is increasing as I get payments form Ebay. And of course I am composing my complaint email - in the second draft I will take out all the rude words but for the moment it is making me feel better !

Sorry to read about the PayPal woes :(

I sold 12 of my 40-ish items that ended on Thursday - 4 NPBs :(

I've relisted a bunch of items - fingers crossed :)

    Happy Ebaying everyone :)

  • Listerbelle - 4NPB - that's terrible! I really wish Ebay would clamp down on those!!

I'm feeling very lucky as I've sold 20 of 35 listings and have a bid on the relisted 15. One NPB for my most expensive item of £80, however, I've made over £325 - whoooeee.

Here's to continued success for all of us!

  • Slipper - what a lot of dosh - WELL DONE!!

Three of my NPBs have paid up.

Just waiting on the final person, who is new to Ebay with one positive feedback, and one "positive but didn't pay or communicate", is in the USA and probably paid over the odds for my item.

I have a few watchers on my 22 relists, and one bid. I'm running them for 10 days again :)

  • Thanks Listerbelle. I'm very pleased with my sales so far. I have to admit that I have actually never started a listing at 99p and always put my listings at the lowest I would accept. They seem to sell normally for that amount so it seems to be working for me. I'm a bit AAA so I think it would aggravate me to have something sell for much less than I really wanted and it would not be offset by selling some things for much more. :p

I also try to bundle things together so I can list most of my things at £10min. That's the level that I do recorded delivery as I also want to cut down on issues with posting.

I have loved the 9 days of FLs! It's been fantastic as I've actually listed things for 4 days and then relisted for another 4 and then for a week on the last day. I think that's partially why I've had so much luck this time.

    Ok...well back to work.
    All the best,
    Slipper

  • well the Paypal upgrade has hit me & now it works its so much better :) Had a good evenings sales last night (aprox £120) - some people have paid up so I already have the money in my bank account (which is very good as its the week before payday and that is always a long week!) Can put petrol in my car and pay a bill yay! Used some savings this month and really want to replenish them so am going to make sure I put some listings on this coming week even if I have to pay for them. Hope everyone has had lovely weekends.
  • Has anybody else had to increase their Paypal limit? Im within a couple of hundred pounds of the amount I am able to take in paypal in a 12 month period, so was going to request a higher limit. Are there any repercussions from doing this or am I just being suspicious!!!?
