Yorkielass, as someone who wants to clear up some clutter I'm amazed by your January total of 136 items. That's just incredible!!!!

So here's to you getting another dose of motivation to get your Feb total up to at least 100. Remember, we do have an extra day this year ;)

  • Hello there, I hope you don't mind me joining in. I have a few things that could go onto Ebay. I have unfinished cross stitch and frames etc that I could put on but so annoyed that I recycled all my cross stitch magazine in the attempt to declutter. Oh well, I make jewellery and crochet items that I sell FB so I have plenty of beads etc that I don't use which I could list.

On thing I can't stand is listing on Ebay it takes so long.

  • How is everyone doing? It has got a bit quieter on here :-(
I have 37 listed, and bids on 7 of them I think. Less than £10 total bids with 3 days to go. Fingers crossed it will be a bit more b4 the auctions end :-)
  • Similar to you credit_crunch - Ive got x 32 listed and bids on 5 of them. All going to finish on Sunday/Monday. Got lots of watchers though so Im hopeful! My Australian buyer who won 2 items about 10 days ago and then another item on the weekend has finally made contact :T Apparently he gets paid on Thursday so will pay then!
  • I've only got 5 x 99p listed. no watchers and bids so not looking good. I'm just lacking the energy atm. But I need to get back to selling and decluttering. I've tidied a small kitchen cupboard and fixed a drawer. Tipped out the contents of my 'ebay box' onto to the bedroom floor to force myself to get listing. Hopefully from tomorrow I'll be more active :) I've sold 35 items Feb last year so I'll be aiming to match that in the next FLDs.

welcome to the new people joining in the challenge. we need more of you. well done Credit_crunch and sophiasmum for keeping going!

    Hello everyone!

I've been lurking for a month or so, and you have inspired me to get my act together :)

I've not started ebaying yet, but did sign up as a seller on the great River's marketplace site last Friday evening, and have sold two books since then! So that's 12 quid in my pocket after charges and postage :)

  • welcome listerbelle!

my buy to sell is expanding but sales are slow while I build up a customer base and some exposure.

The decluttering is going to badly sorted out lots of dvds and games we didn't want so listed those on a baby site and sold a couple on there. The rest are waiting in anticipation of the next FLW which will hopefully be this week as Im back to work next week after maternity leave :( (going to go for number 2 soon but shhhhh!)

  • oh Jatterjack - nothing worse (in my opinion!) than going back to work after maternity leave. But fingers crossed youll be off again soon :) (Im trying to persuade my OH that we could cope with x3!)

I found it hard to look for work after my year was up and when I was struggling to get interviews, thought oh dear ;) but money was very tight, so glad I found something!
