Well done TMD, NJ88 and Aesop - I managed 33 in total including 11 relists. Have one bid for £12.99 - and lots of watchers on a number of things. I think this FLW may work out well :j

    Goodnight everyone!

My total listed at the mo is 128, 4 ending tonight, 2 have bids, only 99p and 1.85. I don't mind cos they're outgrown kids clothes, I need to get rid. I list them on their own first if they don't sell I list them in a bundle. I have a few bundles, some no photos yet. They're on my bedroom floor :eek:waiting to be sorted. Someone bid on my 3.99 baby bundle this morning :jNeed to post 2 things today.

I'm doing well so far this month. I bet I won't have any sales in February :D

Thank you Katie07 for the spreadsheet, but I don't have an excel in my laptop. when I download it won't open. It would be great if I can get it to work, I've been doing mine in a Notepad manually :p

I don't have Excel either, so I downloaded Open Office (http://www.openoffice.org/). It's basically the same as Excel but free! :)

Wow MM - that's fabulous!!! I don't know how you manage it, it felt like a bit of a marathon to do the 33 I posted.

Just wondering, are those phone apps much faster to help with the listing? (My DH has an Android phone that I could grab potentially.) I did list a few books this past weekend and found it super easy as Ebay imported all the info and a picture! for me. I thought it might do the same for other stuff when I put in an EAN code but no luck. I'm looking for any way to get things posted faster. (MM - I have tons of kids/baby clothes and some of my own I'd like to post but it just seems like so much work to do so.)

    Thanks for any tips!

Thanks Slipper! I had 3 ebay windows/pages? open and just did 'sell similar', I'd keep switching while waiting for the other one to load pictures/review page. It is time consuming listing clothes, having to describe and take measurements, and research how much a similar item went for. But most of the time they do sell. They get relisted for 99p and if it sells at that price, it's fine. I have one buyer who gave me a neutral with comment 'excellent condition and as describe but disappointed'. I don't know what she's expecting for a 99p ben sherman shirt, ds wore it once to church. No pleasing some people  Times I think it's not worth it.

I have an android phone and tried listing some items but I'm just too slow. I prefer actual keys :rotfl:it's good when you're out and about and want to schedule/list on fld, write the minimum info then revise later. I haven't listed books for ages.
I don't know a quicker way of posting other than packing quickly and getting to the PO as soon as, then send 1st class:p I've heard of franking, but don't know much.

Thanks Katie, i will download openoffice later. Need to get on packing and get to the po before it shuts later.

I managed to list 1 new item and do 2 relists of unsold and 1 relist of something we had 2 of but 1st item only had 1 bid.

Have 7 things finishing tonight - 4 of which will sell and as they're all completely different items took the risk and packaged up yesterday as I'm out until late tonight. Any of the 3 that don't sell I'll just list again.

Going to aim to get another 5 or so things that can start at 99p ready to list next weekend and then prepare the clothes I want to list at higher than 99p ready for the next free listing - need to pace myself!

    - I know what you mean! :D

How is everyone else doing? I've sold 2 things on Gumtree for £45 total and have one bid for £12.99 on Ebay. Yay! - 3 things to lessen the clutter (and those Gumtree ones are big too! ;)).

  • Well all my weekend sales have now been paid for and posted :) so much better than last week!
Have decided to just use Paypal totals to calculate Jan ebay sales (so including P&P) - then from Feb 1st I am going to start using the spreadsheet and just report my profits! (hopefully !)
