  • Hi Slipper75, I get this when I do my relists, if I have more than one and tick the ones I want and then click relist it comes up with the price it would normally be but once I've submitted them the next screen comes up with the price with a line through it and 0.00, to show they have listed for free.

I've just relisted 19 so have 81 left, and have another 27 written down on my list to work my way through.

Have relisted 23 items and done some draft listings of 13 items, will add pics to them tomorrow and list them.

    Thanks for the spreadsheet!:T

I had no idea that a 99p item with Postage £1.96 was actually only giving me 69p! (Excluding packaging!) It was a BNWT handbag as well!!!

    Good luck everyone!:)
  • Thanks so much TMD - you'll save me tons of time in the future!:T

  • any ideas of where i could buy a box 10 x14 x 14 to post a lampshade I have sold? I don't have anything suitable, and bought some from easons, but they are too shallow :-(
  • Credit_Crunch - can you make one out of one of the shallow ones with some added materials (Cereal box?) Im always sellotaping things together to make biger boxes/bags!
Pleasantly surprised with how well my items are doing that are ending today :)
Going to list some more later...

Yeah that's what I was going to say - I always make my own boxes if I can't get one big enough, and I've never had any complaints though they do sometimes look a bit odd!

I've only got a few 99pers ending today, 2 with bids.
Need to get cracking and take some photos for tonight!
  • thanks you guys - i would never have thought of that. i was telling OH that I would have to refund the buyer if I couldnt get a box & he just point to the old Avon cardboard box that I keep my mailing bags & padded envelopes in.
I told him I had already tried but it wasnt deep enough by less than an inch so he turned the lampshade the other way round & its a perfect fit!
I swear sometimes I am such a bimbo!
Got there in the end tho lol :rotfl:
I'm not doing as well I would like to.....
    46 relists

    Hey there,
I just had someone purchase a BIN and then write me a note saying that they made a mistake as it won't fit their stroller. How can I cancel the purchase without incurring another BIN charge?

    Thanks!

  • slipper when you go to your sold items page, it should say mark as dispatched etc, there should be an option to resolve problem. once you select that, i think you tick the box that says buyer changed their mind.
the buyer then confirms that & you get any fees refunded/credited.

Hey CC - thanks for the help. I did just that but it looks like it will only give me a final value credit and not necessarily relist my item :( . Also, looks as if I may lose the other 9 watchers on the item.

Oh well. Bad luck...hopefully, the others will sell.

    Thanks again.
