    Hi guys,

I have another quick question if someone wouldn't mind offering some advice? I recently found an old poster that has never been opened, is still in its cellophane wrapping, and is definitely something I won't be using/putting up. I know it's a Spiderman (movie) poster, and I *think* I know what it probably looks like, but I can't remember for certain. Should I sell it as it is, brand new in packaging etc, but with no guarantee what the picture actually looks like, or should I open it to see the design and then list it as new but not in packaging?! I don't want to get negative feedback if the design is not as described, but I think it's more valuable in it's cellophane...

    In a quandry!

    Thanks
Is there a barcode or something on it? You could try googling the serial number and seeing if it brings the picture up.
    Thank you competition posters!

    Haha love it!

It's funny cos I was just thinking today, I've sold about four or five pairs of ladies shoes in the last month or so and they've all been posted to men! Hehe!

It does make you wonder doesn't it!! I had the same thing with a load of thongs (brand new with tags of course!) that I was selling. Oh well someone somewhere is looking at a photo of my foot squashed into a shoe that doesn't fit.........:rotfl:

Thanks for the replies Decluttering and MiaowMiaow.

It's not an old poster as in vintage old, it's from the first of the recent movies. So that must be about, what, 7/8 years old? Not a classic!

That's a great idea though Decluttering - I think it does have a barcode so I will see if that brings up anything. I also thought about trawling through my old emails to see if I have the order confirmation from when I bought it, as I think I might've bought it online..

    Thanks for the help

Hi I am new to ebay and have only sold 1 item last xmas. I am registered with paypal but i have had an email from them saying my email address had changed (i had not changed it) and if i wanted to keep my email address i had to complete a new profile which they wanted to know all my bank/cc accounts and my social security no .It came from the states bcause wanted to know zip address.I have just tried to sign in to my account and itwouldnt let me but i have changed it back with a new password, no money has changed in my paypal acc just wondered if anyone has had this happen to them,it does put me off a little bit of using ebay but i do have things i need to get rid of .

Sold quite a few bits and pieces yesterday which I'm really pleased with, a few of them I didn't expect to get quite so much so that's all good.

I've now got 19 listed, four of which have bids and seven have watchers. :j

Is there a label with a barcode on it that you can search on for an image?
