If I got one from Luton Airport, I would know they got the wrong details as I would not go within 20 miles of there. I would ignore the invoice, but gather my evidence in case they were stupid enough to pursue in court. What it needs is as has happened with TFL, when they sent out a ticket for non payment of congestion charge to a farmer for his combine harvestser due to fsckd ANPR misreading the plate in 2003, is big adverse publicity and more Watchdog.

An NtO indeed. First a 'PCN' (only of course it's a Parking Charge Notice instead of the word 'penalty') then a 'Notice to Owner'. Who do you think you are?
And now he's saying on another thread that he doesn't agree with PPCs in retail parks, and would (I think) happily ignore any phoney demands from them. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

Is that where you go to court and are very short with the Judge?
ppc_goon you are fast becoming the entertainment on these boards. Keep up the good work!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
What do you expect ppc_guy? An award? This is a money saving site. When someone comes on suggesting junk begging letters are valid naturally they get a rough ride.
Let's face it the only reason you are on here at all is that forums like this are a real threat to your disreputable cowboy industry.0 -

I think you are a total time waster, seeking to disrupt and divert threads.0 -
As I said in another thread, the whole PPC business model is based on one big con trick. "lets see how much we can screw out of motorists with our fake paperwork and hollow threats".What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Is taking someone's money when you know you are not entitled to it not an issue for you, given that you tell us you are ethical and reasonable?Almost everything you say is contradictory.
