You have stated on here that you have never taken anyone to the small claims, now tell me how many times have you got the RK details and done nothing except send threatograms ? So going on past form it can be surmised that won't change in the future!
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

For me to issue court summons alone takes time then the time taken to go to court and so on would not justify the effort needed.

Never taken anyone to court. Is it worth the hassle for a £75 ticket?

Also in answer to your questions the PPC solely provides the vehicle index number when using the EL with the DVLA.

On another thread we have a poster, her daughter received a invoice for Luton airport on her VRM. As she was hundreds of miles away it seems the PPC entered the wrong VRM, by the DVLA giving her details on the VRM alone the issuing of her and anybodys data is incorrect.

Also why don't you have to provide proof of the alleged offence, as we all know PPC's are less than trustworthy?

They arent offences remember.. Civil matter not an offence.

Because we have never taken anyone to court doesnt mean we dont have the intent. (and note i said for £75... if a person has X tickets it may become worth my time)

So what you are saying is you have no intent to take someone to court for one invoice, but if they have more you may?

So, all the times you have had used the DVLA database, so far is fraudulent?

I believe you have no intent to of taking someone to court!

    Well two issues arise then..
    a) Who am I?
    b) I always have the intent but sometimes not the inclination.

All data i request can be done under the list of offence above as parking in a place without authorisation so i am covered in any respect.

I didnt come here to argue with you BUT im just bemused at why you all spend your time posting this unrequired garble. EVERYONE that reads the threads on here will know that your advice (as a forum not you personally fergie) is to ignore. So what does it matter how the info is obtained in what manner and under what president? you ignore it and it costs you nothing it costs the PPCS as you have already stated. this thread to me as i have stated above is a pointless thread and shows a dog and bone attitue. Its a thread for the sake of making a thread.

    Sorted that for you.

    So which one?

    Cars parking on private property

Releasing vehicle information to landowners or their agents helps to find the keeper of a vehicle that has:
    • obstructed access to land or property
    • been abandoned on private property
    • been parked without payment of the relevant fees
    • been parked without the right to do so, eg in a space reserved for disabled motorists

Maybe your not, but I'm concerned about what knuckledragger gets hold of my information, although it hasn't happened to my knowledge yet, if they have my address, what is to stop them paying me visit?

Because it's against the law to fraudulently obtain the details and also see above reply about the Neanderthals paying me a visit.
