    Well two issues arise then..
    a) Who am I?
    b) I always have the intent but sometimes not the inclination.

All data i request can be done under the list of offence above as parking in a place without authorisation so i am covered in any respect.

I didnt come here to argue with you BUT im just bemused at why you all spend your time posting this unrequired garble. EVERYONE that reads the threads on here will know that your advice (as a forum not you personally fergie) is to ignore. So what does it matter how the info is obtained in what manner and under what president? you ignore it and it costs you nothing it costs the PPCS as you have already stated. this thread to me as i have stated above is a pointless thread and shows a dog and bone attitue. Its a thread for the sake of making a thread.

    I'm surprised you're still here.

PPC's don't usually last long around here spouting their utter garbage.

You will NOT take any one to court because you KNOW you will LOSE.

That's why mob's like your's don't do it and when they do like Excel and OPC they get a good shoeing and leave the court room with their tail's between their legs.

Driver sorry to have ruined your day i hadn't seen you about much lately giving me abuse. But i am also glad that you are still here being my number 1 follower.

    Fergie :
been parked without the right to do so, eg in a space reserved for disabled motorists
the right is given or implied by the terms of the site. You have the right to park as long as you adhere to the terms and conditions. Once you breach the terms you no longer have the right.

When one is stuck in a hole, it is advisable that one stops digging.
ppc-guy you have been hoisted by your own petard. You have amply demonstrated your 'intent' beyond any doubt and are now playing with words.

There is more than enough 'evidence of system' among you & your ilk to demonstrate the 'reasonable cause' requirement has been, & continues to be grossly abused by both the DVLA & the PPC Community (sic). Your intention is clear. obtain RK details on the flimsiest of 'evidence' in order that the RK can be threatened, harassed & beaten into submission to cough-up. Well more & more people are catching on to this con every-day thank goodness.

If I got one from Luton Airport, I would know they got the wrong details as I would not go within 20 miles of there. I would ignore the invoice, but gather my evidence in case they were stupid enough to pursue in court. What it needs is as has happened with TFL, when they sent out a ticket for non payment of congestion charge to a farmer for his combine harvestser due to fsckd ANPR misreading the plate in 2003, is big adverse publicity and more Watchdog.

See here for details of story

    President Obama perhaps?

I can see why you do not do court.

Court is a verbal process with evidence and so on. spelling does not affect ones ability of going to curt. and how would you spell the word that i am clearly trying to spell anyway?

You see this is what I meant in my pm about hoodwinking people and passing off your demand for money as if it's a real Council Parking ticket. That's what gets my goat, along with the assumption that your ilk are entitled to judge and hound disabled people to prove their disability.

An NtO indeed. First a 'PCN' (only of course it's a Parking Charge Notice instead of the word 'penalty') then a 'Notice to Owner'. Who do you think you are?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
