Hello,
I have not been too well, so not on here.
Went to Oxford on Saturday morning, while I was just about able to drive. Was able to rest, and feel so much better.
DGD is in Nursery this morning, and I must go and Tax the car. Found all the paperwork for once.! Been worrying about that all weekend!
My mobile is not working properly and not sending messages! Very frustrating.
Wonder if it will receive any?
Re the gardening I will have a word with the solicitor.
Actually I will send him an email. Too. Just to cover it all.
Thanks Gizmo! When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
I have left a message for my solicitor, and since emailed him about the garden.
I have managed to sort out the pile of paperwork in the front room, and organise the paying of some bills
The car has been taxed, and now its time to collect DGD.
This evening, I hope to try to update the budget that sadly went AWOL this month! Oops. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

Yes thanks. I rang up and thats the message I was given. I hadnt had the news on today.
Oh well I managed to communicate with BF via email, and this evening he came looking for me on line on MSE.
Alas I was so busy talking to him, that I missed the 10pm deadline for my mr A order, so the cupboards are pretty bare and now the delivery will not be until Wednesday!
Oh well the hazzards of shopping so late at night!.
I have done a huge shop, to be delivered, that is aiming to take me through the month. Except I just realised that i dont have my big freezer anymore! so I will be panicing about getting it all in the little freezer under the fridge. I may have to see if I can put stuff in my Mums freezer! How stupid was that!????
Twin 2 has run up a talktalk bill of £87 odd that is due to go out of MY bank account. It was supposed to be £19 a month! So I will be taking a long hard look at what I have spent on her this year so far, and will be clamping down. My spreadsheet says just short of £300 this year, and I dont think that bill is included! I am horrified. She could do that to me., but then I should not have been surprised. I am far too soft and have left myself with little back up funds now.
What with all the moving, the shed etc etc.
Rein it in Mooloo, rein it in!When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Morning, the days appointments were changed yesterday afternoon.
My Social worker is now not coming until next week. So my day is relatively free today. I missed the deadline for my food delivery so I will need to nip into MrT express shop around the corner from DGD's nursery.
I am hoping that Molly will be able to visit today.
Time to get moving. I want a shower before I do anything else. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Afternoon already! Just had a bite to eat. Molly and I have had a good catch up. Which was lovely. She was looking a little less peaky thank goodness.
I am worried about my cashflow! The council have decided to take out the amount they finally decided on for the Council Tax at the cottage. £141.30 went out of my account. That I had not budgeted for. If I had known it was going to go out today, I would have budgeted accordingly and I would not have done such a large Mr A. Shop.
Infact I may have to go and reduce the bill and spread the months shopping. I will be down to £58 in the main account! The Isa only has £350 so I am worried. Thats a combination of taking my eyes off of the ball this month, and still being too soft and bailing the twins and DS out all of the time.
So its back to basics. Its time that I stiffened my reslove with the family, and I will need to rein in on the budget more than i had expected.
Oh why oh why have I let things slip so much?
I only have myself to blame, I have usually been so very careful with money and know what I have to the penny.!:eek:
Time to focus then! When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Why is the mobile phone bill coming out of your bank account? Surely given their history, they should both be on pay as you go.0

But then when they have no cash for credit, they wouldn't be able to contact Mooloo.0 -

Its the house phone/broadband package. It was miss sold to her really, but it meant that she could keep intouch, phone for jobs and the like, but she has been ringing far too many mobiles.
Today we have had the calls capped, no more mobiles and no more 0845 numbers. so that should stop it. It appears a neighbour had been coming in and using her phone.!When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0
