I've been cleaning aswell today, just got my bedroom floor to hoover!
Seems like alot of people are doing big cleans today.
The fahjtas sound good, sure they will taste great after your hard work.0 -
Sounds like you have managed a lot in one day - i really want to hire a skip and have a massive clear out of things i am keeping 'just in case'. Also not having the kids around must be a big help. Will have to see if i can persuade mother in law to keep them overnight one weekendMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

wow thats alot of things orange!!
ive gotta settle for the kids room tomorrow i think that will take me all day. i should be doing more tidying up just now but im under orders from my PND support worker to take it easy in the nights and relax and recharge.
i went and sprinkled grass feed and weedkiller over the lawns (ive 4 separate patches of grass!) after tea and watered my strawberries and sunflowers and found 2 ripe strawbs!! picked and eaten in less than a minute! nothing better!!Countdown to Discharge Is On!

She's right! And a nice early bed tonight in your new clean and decluttered room. In my opinion there is no sounder sleep. Or rarer in my case!!! :rotfl:
Will be a bit harder with the kids because you are having to make decisions on their behalf - but ignore any gripes you think they might have. They'll be happier and more productive children in a tidy environment with their favourite things not buried under a mountain!!
There wont be anything that you get rid of that will be more important to them than a happy Mummy:T

might have DS2 heading back in coz my parents are having trouble getting him into a big boy bed to sleep so i might have him returned to me which as bad as this sounds im praying he will just zonk out and let me have these 2 nights off. my ex-bf is coming through tomorrow night to take me out for a meal and have a chat about getting back together so i NEED him to go to sleep there!!!Countdown to Discharge Is On!
