THE boss of an internet shop has been slapped with a ‘business ASBO’ after repeatedly failing to meet customers’ orders.
The Office of Fair Trading ruled D**** P******, from S*******, had acted wrongly by selling items online and then failing to deliver them promptly, as well as refusing to give refunds to people who complained.

I wouldn't touch them, there are no details on the site as to who or where they are.

Used them at least 6 times. No problems, all emails answered same day

Like Si8723, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole - no matter how glowing the recommendations from random people on the Web.

The website is illegal for a number of reasons, which doesn't give me any confidence in them.

There is the lack of phyiscal contact details that Si mentioned (not sure if this is a legal requirement, but still looks dodgy)

Then the lack of Cookie policy/opt out - which is an EU requirement.

Also, the site is operated by a Limited company, so it is a requirement for the company details to be provided on the site.

They may well be legitimate and reliable, but if they can't keep track of the legal requirements it would unfortunately make me question what other corner cutting they do.
