  • Better already Jelly :D. Few friends have talked some sense into me and I cooked :rotfl:. Played ABBA and sang my wee heart out and I am sorted. I swear my life feels like a flaming soap opera at the minute. I asked my mate earlier if she could stop the world a wee while and let me off for about a fortnight :rotfl:. The biatch couldnt so she is ditched as a mate. She's no good to me :p. Another told me I needed a man and quickly . I reckon thats the last thing I need :rotfl:. Anyway I'm putting it to bed and I will deal with the fallout from DD as and when I need to. DS couldnt care less and I know he really means it. Ex left when he was 2 so the relationship just isnt there.

End of the month for me today and payday tomorrow. I've made it through another month solvent so I am happy :D.

    Monthly spends as follows:

    Food £336.41 under £350 target so :D
Lunches £105.05 up by £25 but included my odd lunch that I buy so :)
    Petrol £124.49 down by £10 so :)
Gifts £4.78 so down by £44.47 :o- tight git
Miscellaneous- £ 127.90 which is up by £38.93
Social life £50 which is down by £28.50

All in all I am pleased with that. Bring on October and some more debt busting.

  • Aww love, I enjoy a soap opera but not when its making someone so unhappy. Your ex husband is an idiot. Your kids have you and you are worth ten of him
Hope his ring finger goes septic.

  • hi folks. Crazy crazy weekend. So unbelievably busy but all in all rather enjoyable. Was at a party on Friday night. Got home at 10 to 7 and called my mum to see when she wanted picked up and she said 7.30 . I didnt quite manage that :rotfl:. Got home at 11.30. Got up next morning and took my mum to a funeral. Dropped her home afterwards and went to ASDA for a massive shop. Dropped that off home and went back and picked my mum up again and took her to the opticians. Took her home and gave her her dinner. Left there at 5pm and went home and got ready and got on the train by 6.25 . Went to my friends wedding reception and crawled in at 1.15am. Got up today and cleaned my bedroom ( my friend had taken my washing again and done that for me :D ) cleaned bathroom and then collected DS from my mum's. Took him out to do his paper round. Collected DD from her wee Sunday morning job and her and I went up to do the cleaning job we normally do on a Saturday. Came home after 2.5 hours solid cleaning. Went out with DS and finished his paper round . Came home and cooked roast beef, yorkies, dauphinoise pots and cauli and cheese. I have now collapsed and am desperately trying to stay awake until 10pm and will then go to bed. Shattered.com :).

Got paid on Friday but am scared to look at my account as it has been a hefty spending weekend .

Skint you made me lol with your ring comments. I hope much the same for him. Everything is pretty much back to normal in the house again and so long as I manage to get through this week then I stop on Friday for 10 days and I cannot wait :D.

Jelly sorry to have missed you but have a fab holiday. You deserve it xx

  • am fine . Life is just crazy mad. Came on last night for half an hour but internet was really playing up so I gave up in the end.

Back at work for a rest :rotfl:I wish. Never mind I stop on Friday for 10 whole days and I cannot wait :D:D:D:D.

DD is off to Alton towers at the weekend and I so wish I had some spare cash to give her for spemds but unfortunately I need to find £66 thiis month just to pay the bills :(. I'm sure I'll manage but it is getting harder and harder to overpay. It should be easier now I have no car loan but for some reason it has been more difficult. Never mind. I'm sure it will get better in time. My first CSA payment was due to be paid by ex on the 1st so I SHOULD HOPEFULLY GET IT ABOUT THE15TH. :T. i WONT GET TOO EXCITED YET .oops caps on sorry.

DS was doing his first grading tonight for Tae Kwon Do. £30 for that . He loved it though and is all pleased with himself. I hope he passes. Anyway to bed ofr me as I am shattered yet again. I hope everyone is well xx

  • grrr huge post lost .

I'm watching pride of Britain and feeling mega humble ( in between the tears and snot) so I am feeling ashamed of myself. There's nothing wrong with my life other than it is stretched and I should just be thankful that I have the strength and the health to deal with it all. So no more feeling sorry for myself. And that's an order to me from me :D.

DS has been told he has been picked for school France trip  £700  but my mum has said she will pay the immediate £150 deposit and then we will halve the rest of it :D. So I will need to pay £275 by April. So if I give him £40 per month then that'll not hit the bank too hard. I'll just stop buying stupid lunches for myself and start taking them in again. I will save that no bother. He is so excited about it and the good thing is he just got that weee job so he can save his spending money himself. I will need to renew his passport and get him clothes but I would be doing that anyway so it's all good.

Not a very spendy day today so money wise all is well in my house. I just need to put some money into my account this week to cover all the bills. Luckily I bought loads and loads of shopping last week so I will need absolute minimum his week. I'm going away with my friends on Saturday night but we are getting the cottage for free, I have loads of booze already in and we are going to cook dinner ourselves so costs will be minimum. I cannot wait. :D
