 I'm so annoyed at myself. I have gone £8 over on my account, bloody stupid when I have £1,000 in my other account and it will cost me £50. No point in even phoning them as I stupidly did the same a couple of months ago and managed to get the charges waived then. I am furious. I'd have been as well flushing the £40 down the bloody loo. Big lesson learnt for me. I am jst going to stick to cash I reckon for that acccount as I forget what account I have used when I switch and thats when I make mistakes :mad:.
Going to start fooring DS's bedroom today. He is off out to a friends so I wil get peace to get on with it. Better get dressed and get started . I'll catch up later x5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Spent a fiver today on a fish supper and sweets:o. That's a grand start to my healthy eating :rotfl:. I had great intentions this morning but started fooring my son's room and lost the plot. The click laminate I bought is much harder to fit tan the glue one and DS's room was such a disaster that I ended up spending half the day cleaning it never mind flooring it:mad:. Anyway its all cleared out now and about 2/5ths of it is floored so hopefully I will get it finished tomorrow. I need to get it finished tomorrow as I am back in work on Wednesday and I will have no time after that. It does look really nice so far though so I can't wait to see it finished
. That' be all the bedrooms floored then. The only place I have carpet now is on my stairs. Great for cleaning

Knackered.com.Finished laminating DS's room today but tbh not very happy with it as it doesn't click in as well as I would like it to so there are small gaps. I also ran out for a thin strip around the edge but I have just left it. I'll have a wee think of what I can do to finish it off. I bought a large bin and a rug for the room today from Argos and both were half price and I quidco'd them. His room looks really nice though in comparison to what it was and there's no smell :rotfl:. Always a bonus that.
So I have spent more than I wanted to but at least that's a job well done and I dont need to be mortified and shouting 'shut your door' if we have visitors:o. I got the kids McD's for dinner as after doing all the stuff in my house today I had to go and get my mum's dinner cooked and take all her decorations down. She also had a huge list of things she wanted done. I'm shattered but it is a good tired.
I dunno what the weather was like your way today but we had winds of >100 miles per hour this morning. We were awake from 5am and we were all terrified. Luckily I have no damage but neighbours have their down pipes off, across the road have 3 holes in their roofs, at least 2 folks in the area have no roof  multiple fences and trees down. This was much worse than the hurricane from 4 weeks ago. There was lightning as well. Apparently we are to have snow very soon as well. This winter has been horrendous weather wise for us. I've still not fixed the summer house roof so I need to get that done ASAP. We have a red weather warning for tomorrow as well. No point in blw dring my hair then going to work :rotfl:. It was very blustery and wet here for a few hours nothing you would want to go out in but its sounds worse up there. Glad you have got DS room done. You should be so proud of yourself for everything you do. I think you are wonderwoman in disguise!:j0

Healthy eating has gone out the window
. Just not in the mood this week. That was my last day today on my job. New section on Monday and I am feeling royally shafted to be honest. My boss left today and I couldn't even say goodbye. I'm worried about the staff I am leaving as the other team leader is so unapproachable they cant go near her. If they ask her a question she sticks her fingers in her ears and says lalalalala and sends them away. I am horrified at this but no-one will listen to me. I found out today that she picks all the easy work out for her staff and eaves mine with all the sh*t so it looks like mine do loads less than hers. I tried to tell my boss and she rolled her eyes at me  so I'm afraid I just thought 'eff you then'. They can get on with it as far as I am concerned. The truth will out. It has annoyed me though but I wlil get over it I'm sure
. Money wise I'm doing terrible. Not been overspending but because I bought the laminate etc and paid a chunk from my CC and put £100 to my Christmas savings I am short in my account for my bills BUT I am not going to panic as if needs be I can transfer the savings back into my current account. I am not going to buy any shopping this week as I realy need nothing so hopefully I will get through this wee rough patch. January is always a nightmare so I wil just keep going.
I hope everyone is okay xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
