Hey guys, thanks so much for the input, i spent the last few hours searching for an old teddy, ripped it apart and have made my own 'practice' sock kitten! i'm really pleased with how it turned out and pleasantly surprised that it was so easy! :T

I'm SS, i only used a really old one! I seem to have loads around that ive collected over the years, and i do have some very special ones but i assure you it did not suffer, and it now gets a new lease of life as a sock kitten! :o

And i will get some pics up when i have made my pink stripey one, i guess no-one wants to see a plain brown first attempt! :rotfl:

We spent last Christmas in Austria with our daughter, son in law and the grandchildren, so I thought I'd make them a scrapbook and put all the holiday photo's in.

Last year I made hampers filled with freebies from this site and they went down so well that my family are wondering what I am going to do this year. so I had a thought, personalised t-shirts for my family members so I came up with this idea (this ones mine :T)

Just got to get the t-shirts to put them on now

Luckily I double checked where everyone was born as I had no idea one of my nieces was actually born in cyprus!!

I love this idea, thank you! I was struggling to think of something to make for my awkward BIL and this is perfect! I even think I have that font or something very similar) on my computer ready to use! :D
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Hadn't thought of doing the monkeys in fluffy socks, he looks great. Have been searching for the right socks to do one for DGS and I already have a couple of pairs of black and white fluffy socks I can use. Thanks pinkpunk!
