I got the amazon card at xmas and used it and I only received a £10 voucher.
    Can I query this?

I also got a £10 e-voucher a few days ago. I think you do have to spend on the card before you get this (but I am not sure).

My statement arrived yesterday showing a points balance of 1500 points - these are the bonus points from the special offer. They will be paid out as a £15 Amazon voucher. The Credit card page on Amazon says the points will be paid out from the end of February .

Don't forget, if you shop through Amazon regularly, you can get cashback on your purchases... http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=4252553&postcount=1110

    Hope this helps.
  • I had same issue. I emailed from amazon contact us and got this reply.
"Due to some slight technical glitch on our side the gift certificate
for 25.00 GBP has not been sent. And please aware that our
developers are working on a resolution.

Further, please be informed that the remaining 15.00 GBP gift
certificate will be sent to you within two weeks of time."

    good luck

I have 8500 sony Pulse points to use up. Was going to use them on the Mp3 player, before they put the points up!

I can't find a decent combination that uses all the points up. Any ideas?

Whoa there, calm down. I got my £15 voucher this morning - look to your email folks!

The mechanics of the offer isn't as straightforward as 'join and we give you a voucher'.

Once you spend on your card, they put 1500 bonus loyalty points on the account which will then be converted to a £15 voucher. To get the bonus points you have to make a purchase.

After that you can get another £15 voucher but accumulating another 1500 points - but at a rate of 1 point per pound, that will require a lot of spending.
I am going for it though! The card is 0% on purchases for 6 months, inside 6 months i should be able to clock up another voucher.
  • Has anyone had probs with the citi card. I am struggling with it. I thought you got an extra 20000miles (20 + 20 = 40) if you fly before end of march.

HAS ANY ONE GOT THE T AND C's TO HAND?

I have just applied for a Tesco Credit Card, which is offering
0% on balance transfers for 9 months (2% fee)

    0% on non-Tesco purchases for 9 months

    Typical 16.9% APR variable
PLUS 0% for a year on products bought from Tesco!

Received an e-mail today from Sonycard promoting Sony's official American Express credit card from MBNA. The e-mail refers to 4,000 pulsebeats as an incentive. However when you follow the link it takes you to a page that still offers 8,200 Pulsebeats enough for a Walkman.
This is the url for the page https://wwwa.applyonlinenow.com/UKCCapp/Ctl/link?eid=D9D41A06.

I don't think the eid is specific to me, but apologies to the mods if it is.
  • I took advantage of the Sony Credit card offer with the link from this site.
After receiving my card I received two letters reminding me of the bonus
point available when I started using the card. The first letter offered
4000 points as per their website and the second actually offered 8200!

I duly used the card and was awarded 2000 points on my first statement.

I emailed them, and received a short reply saying I need to call their 0870
number. Not wanting to wait in an (expensive) automated queue to correct
thier error, I wrote to them and have received no reply at all.

I'm going to call the 0800 MBNA customer services and call a few Sony offices til I annoy them into an answer.

Maybe Martin could mention this on the box - that would rattle their cage!
