LR is a tip as DD has come back from her Dads and dumped everything in there and is now away to bed so I'm off to sort the wheat from the chaff!!

Why can't we have nice easy days like this every day Pigpen? Freja all packed to go to Grannie's house?

Because then the house would still be a tip???

Nothing constructive achieved today. New key didn't work in the flat door, OH hasn't returned my call. Havent' eaten properly and decided to finish the bottle of (not very nice) wine. Should have stayed sober and had a nice relaxing bath, but I think I'm probably getting stressed about wednesday's hospital appointment. Meant to clean the bedroom but didn't; meant to do some cooking but didn't. Still, there is always tomorrow :D

Anyway, given wednesday's appointment, I'm going to get myself sorted to improve my diet/exercise which has not been going well since I started having less time to myself ... and typically the breast cancer prevention advice (eat more soya) conflicts with the thyroid advice (I have the body temperature of an almost dead person) so I do wonder whether consuming enough alcohol and chocolate to make me forget the advice is possibly the best move ...

CBA to do anything, so I need to drag myself away from the laptop and boil the kettle for a few hot water bottles and head off to bed.
  • got 2 great big baskets of washing to put away tomorrow and kids want their new bedding on and a small xmas tree to put away(the cats have trashed it) house is looking quite good still, toys mostly found homes for too

Been lurking for a while now so decided I need the kick to get started. Very good day. Kitchen sparkling! 2 loads in WM. S&S on bathrooms. Deep clean planned for tomorrow (DH around so he gets to hoover as a trade off) Menus planned, and serious progress made on 1 hotspot (haven't been able to see dining room table for about 4 weeks.) Can now see wood and am fairly up to date with paperwork. Feeling quite smug. Hopefully I can keep it up :D

I for one am very grateful for the gentle start to the week, as I've had a horrible lupus day today; luckily Mr LW stepped up to the plate, did all the dailies, and also helped me get us a spot of dinner. He's also done all Max's walks today.:A Fortunately, Max is just about the easiest dog in the world to take for his walk.;)

Still, hopefully I'll be a bit better by tomorrow.:o

Do I remember right, there's a couple of Happy Birthdays to wish today - I have in my mind Kalojac's DS and Mr Dippypud; I hope I have it correct. :o
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
