    Debt-free and Proud!
I get together with my best friend once a fortnight and we have crafty afternoons. Already made our Christmas cards and this week, I've been making gift boxes and bags. Also found a box of unwanted pressie we received last year that I plan to re-gift, to different people of course.
  • Can I join in please? :)

    Love Christmas.

I am quite organised - I have cards and paper from January sales and lots of presents that I have been stashing all year for my DDs - when I've seen on offer or reduced.

I am making gift baskets for close family for the first time this year and they are coming along great.

We want a Black Friday UK, just like they do in the States.

With the High Street complaining of low sales, and all of us struggling to save money, what could be better than a pre-Christmas sale to stimulate the economy. Plus, after the year they've just had, I reckon the stores will be more than happy to offer up a few bargains to get us through the doors this Christmas.

    Ho Blinking Ho!

We've bought our sons presents! We're so excited, if you find this cheaper somewhere else DON'T TELL ME! :rotfl:

We got him the Nintendo 3DS off Amazon in an offer where you get 2 x 3D games and a protective case and screen protectors for £159.00. It arrived this morning, we're so pleased with ourselves for getting this done so early. Anything else we buy between now and then is a bonus :)
