Yes please, that's the one I was looking at! If you can give me a nudge that's be great thanks
I had my son's first ever school assembly this morning. It was so cute, he sat there hiding behind his hands. All the other children were smiling away, and he was just terrified, but he did manage to do his little part really well.
Spent the rest of the day looking for used cars, what a waste of time. Everything we saw was awful. I feel like giving up and living without a car. It's easy for me to say though as I can't drive anyway!! Oh well, more car hunting at the weekend coming up.
I'll be putting the kids to bed soon, then settling down to watch some DVDs and do some stitching.0 -

I had a good shopping trip today too. Took back some things to Evans. I bought them using a 25% off code, then the day they were delivered, they emailed me saying all sale stuff was 20% off, and the 25% code was still working-so 40% off sale items. I reordered the items with the extra discount (and the dress had gone down in price too!) and returned the new stuff with the old invoice. Yes, it's a bit naughty but their stuff is overpriced anyway and I figured I need the money more than they do. Anyway, the sales girl clearly wasn't paying attention as she missed the discount on the invoice, so refunded me the full amount, so I 'earned' £18.75! :T Which will pay for the extra dressing gown I bought on the 2nd order for Mum's mothers day present & the scarf that 'fell' into my basket. I have an addiction to scarves at the moment...
To get back on topic, no stitching today, but did some last night. Will post pic of Cut Thru SAL tomorrow.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Happy New Year Everyone!!!
This is my first visit to this new thread....how bad am I??!
No chance of catching up for a while...but I will....eventually!
Just thought I'd answer Flat Eric's questions, and declare my January project.
13 Keiss21 - Get back to working on my Elegant Lady...would love to finish her...but doubt that!
1. Current project you are working on?
Elegant Lady...gave her up when I started on the Xmas pressies, so about to start her again.
This was where I was on 1st September last year!!
2. Favourite project (either stitched or awaiting to be stitched?)This
I got the kit to do for my best friend, but plan on stitching many more!! Still to get it framed for her...found a lovely framer and we decided on colours, but I hadn't finished it completely when I saw him....and been too busy since then! Should manage to take it in to him next week.
3. Your favourite cross stitch magazine (nb do you subscribe?)
Don't have a favourite and don't subscribe. Do like Xstitch Gold though...has some lovely projects some times.

They're OK, some of the time!
6. Favourite theme to stitch (i.e. pooh / tatty ted / HAED etc)
Not really got one.
Do like my HEAD Astronomer...must get back to him some day
7. aida or evenweave ?
Love evenweave, Aida is great for quick work.
8. favourite needlecraft supplier ?
Like lots of folk here: Sewandso!
Good prices, range...and sooo quick to deliver!!
Right, I think that's it for now. I hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year...can't believe we're nearly half way through January already!!
I will return another time and work my way through the 40 pages that have already been posted!!
Off to bed soon methinks...another busy day invigilating (and ferrying DS2 to and from College)....oh for the weekend and some stitching!!
