accordign to this back catalogue link issue 72 is November 2009 tho i am dubious as where is issue 71. where is december 2009 or january 2010?? **confuzzzled** sorry tho i don't get that one. if its feb 2010 you should be able to get it in the shops still - i think WHSmith normally stock gold.
Maybe I took my stupid pills today but surely if something was sold Feb 2010, then it wouldn't still be in shops in January 2011...:p;)I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY;)0 -

Wow, Louise, you did that so quickly! It took me much longer to do mine (although I did have a broken arm for over 3 months which made stitching rather difficult!).
It's nice to see it done in different colours"There's only one way of life and that's your own" - Levellers

<huff, puff, catches breath> finally read all the posts, it's getting harder and harder to keep up with this thread
ooooh I think sew and so's updated website is pretty. Have just ordered a few bits and pieces on there and I have the next two days off so guess what I'll be doing! I've ordered the fabric marker as it has never occured to me to mark grid lines on fabric and it would make life so much easier! Sometimes the easiest answers just bypass me completely.#19 Save £12K in 2019 challenge. Target = £10,000. Progress = £1136.09/10,000 (11.36%)

Hello all
do you mind if I join you?
Have been lurking on the old thread for a while, love reading & seeing what everyone is doing, & now its a new year & a new thread thought I'd finally join in!
Am always looking for other kits, and have just spotted "Rainbow Peacock" found it for $19.99 & $8 dollars shipping (so about £18) on an american site (can I say which one it is?) - on uk sites its £25 & over & postage on top, so am thinking of buying it from the US with the last of my xmas cash!
I will get some pics uploaded over the weekend so you can see what I'm up to!
Kimmi
Yes please, I love looking at "new" x-s websites (credit card runs off into the garden shed )
PS welcome to the thread, it's such a lovely place.

This is a great wee site for free charts of cartoon characters...

although, be aware this are actually knitting patterns and so each square is more like a rectangle...this can make the designs look a bit different...I have stitched a few from here and they have all turned out okay..;)I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY;)0 -
I've got a great art nouveau pattern book - it's ISBN 0-7153-0837-8
Lots of Rennie Mackintosh, Tiffany, Voysey, Crane and Mucha stuff.
If people are interested I could take it into work anda few things...maybe...if the Data Police don't catch me :rotfl:
