Shelly - that's a good size - it doesn't distort the forum page and the stitching is easy to make out - perfect :):)

I have moved, so yet again need to find my camera, oops. Also waiting for getting BB setup at home.

Frankie is finished, now working on Molly. Pictures to follow when above mentioned technical problems are solved.

    Fabulous work everybody :T

It's ok now but wasn't when I first posted :o

When I first posted the updates the second pic was massive! Seems to have kind of sorted itself out now but both pics should be the same size. I'm not faffing around anymore though :rotfl:

I am trying to recruit one of my colleagues to the cafe. She has done beautiful work.

Question about fridge magnets and coasters. Where do you source the "cases" for your cross stitch fridge magnets and coasters? Thank you soooo much!!!

(I want to do frog fridge magnet and some doggie costers :D so might need to ask next which programme to use for converting pictures to cross stitch charts...)

hi everyone, what a lot of natterers you are! i've only caught up to pg 167 but have to dash away now :0( i dont want to! i feel like i'm running out on friends!

*hugs* to sweetcarer and anyone else who could do with some.

re stash - i've laughted along with you! mine is fabric mainly, mostly old sheets and clothes of mine and others that i know 'will come in handy some day' and i do have a hard time cutting into some of them too! ( the big hexagonal quilt project has really helped, one inch here one inch there isnt much but now the fq or meter isnt pristine its easier to use for other things). i discovered quilting shop fabric last year and ouch it hurt my purse but i'm now on a fabric diet and the stash isnt growing, well, not much ;0)

ooh, and got my first subscriber issue of Crossstitcher! on one of those deals. and i LOVE this months issue! it's fab!

Thank you everyone for making me feel soooo welcome!

I too would like to know about coasters. I saw some in hobbycraft the other day but didn't like them too much and there wasn't much choice. The only square one was plastic and - it might have just been there a while - but looked dirty.

    welcome observer

grandad came home last friday and is better as much as he can be, been spending alot of time with him and talking of clutter im decluttering his house it had got to the stage where the only place to put something was on top of something else lol, have done the kitchen and have made a start on the front room so by night time im knackered but i have done some stitching doing a garden themed one at the moment

does anybody have the old mags that you got that were a series in a brown folder and the had cross stitch and how to make stuff in them sorry i have no idea what they are called,(just looked on ebay and they were called neddle craft magic) any who if anyone has them would they be kind enough to share the budgie cross stitch pattern with me. mum had them but got rid of them i would love to do it for grandad to brighten up his front room, or if anyone has a budgie pattern they would like to share i would be very gratefull

hope everyone is ok and things are brightening up for those who were having problems

    love to all

    Hello all :D

Good day for me today, postie brought lots of cards and facebook has been constantly bleeping my phone with birthday messages - got some Hobbycraft vouchers to spend, people know me so well! :rotfl: Mum and sisters are coming over in a wee while and hubby is taking me out on Saturday night :T

Housework is all done so at 1.30pm I am going to sit in front of Jeremy on ITV2 (chav-watching, gotta love it :o:D) and do nothing but stitch until 3pm when I have to get DS2 from school. (I am back on my HAED)

Hope everyone is having a good day :j:j:j
