ah, but we did have both sets of parents lending a hand, and sometimes totally messing it up! (skirting on upside down anyone?!)

today we 1/2 emptied our loft, and managed to paint 2 cielings and the box room walls. not bad. but totally shattered now. too tired to stitch .

finally made a start on my titanic DH brought it for me just after the film came out for our wedding anniversary so its about time i took a needle to it:o. the area of sky im working on is done in half cross stitch so its coming along quite quickly at the mo but their are lots of french knot stars and back stitching to look forward to at the end;). i think the design is discontinued now its by dimensions

hope whatever everyone decides to do on the wedding day they have a good one. i just hope that 'their' day isnt spoilt by the idiots that have threatened to protest around london.

Just a quick note to say after this afternoon I'll be on holiday (for a month :eek::D) so Kez has very kindly taken up a role as Flickr Group admin. She'll be able to accept any new invites to the group and otherwise oversee things on Flickr 'til I get back.

When I get back I'm going to buy this. I have no idea how long it'll take to stitch - but it'll be a good commemoration of my Russian oddessy!

I don't think I'll have room to pack any stitching - but I might get some done before I go on Wednesday.

Hi everyone, wow you have all been very busy, loads of pages to catch up on here.

well poor old Nana is still in hospital! We were supposed to be getting her home yesterday but they still don't know what's wrong so she's staying for longer, goodness knows when she will be out.

I'm nearly finished my Mum chart from March CrossStitcher, looks quite good althoughI have changed a few of the colours to ones I had.

Would love to see how your peg bag is coming along cat_g_83 as I'm wanting to do that one next.

Also I was wondering if anyone knows of a Saxophone/saxophonist chart anywhere .

Anyhoo I'm off to catch up on all your goss, speak soon x

Haven't been on for at least a fortnight, no chance of catching up but thought I would say hello instead of just stalking! I stiil haven't finished Rocky point, the knitting is on hold for a bit until I get it finished as I am fed up of having the same signature:rotfl:
I have done a whole day of decorating yesterday and a whole day of school work today so I think tonight is mine for stitching, what's left of it anyway

I thought it looked relatively easy compared to some of the HAED designs!
