i just signed up on monday, and got my free gift yesterday! it's a really lovely blue polka dot craft bag. i didnt expect to get it to be honest. did you get one?

As tellmeitsfriday says, its Heaven And Earth Design...here's the one I am doing (very rarely !).



I really must have another go at it..I am much faster and better at stitching since I started this last year.

That's what I will make my May goal: finish the second page of the Astronomer (yes I haven't got very far...there are 45 pages in all :eek::eek:). As for April? Well I can try and finish the Elegant Lady Will now go and put this in my siggie.

Have a great Friday...off to wiggle while I weed, hope the neighbours aren't watching! :rotfl:

Hey ladies, thanks for your lovely comments about Popcorn calendar.

I've just had a look through my WIPs and here's what I have to finish

Janlynn Geisha - Went a bit wrong on four lines so have to unpick and redo some of it, it was nearly finished aswell

African lady - from Crosstitcher. Not much to do here so may get her finished today

Mum tea cosy - from Crosstitcher. Still loads to do

Felicity Wishes - Loads of half stitches and backstitch left to do, but need to get a thread to finish it.

DMC Rose Jaune - Finished but DD got pen on a tiny bit of it so need to unpick that bit and redo.

Family sampler - Border to finish, it's metallic threads so is proving a bit tedious.

Think that's it. So off I go to see what I can get done xx

What wonderful work everybody. Louise, really love those Gorjuss designs and you are doing justice to them.

I am now not far from having done this half way. And I started from the top so should have done most of the fiddlier bits.



From Woodlands Folk I have finished Sally Squirrel and Toby Fox. Bert Badger has all xstitch done apart from the flowers. But all of the back stitch is still to be done.



And next small one that is going to travel in my handbag is Frankie Hedgehog, unless I decide to start a little bird that I am going to give to potential MIL for her birthday.

All your finished projects are looking fab I really need to pick up my needle again soon!! Thanks for the kind comments and advice, I'm going to take the plunge and try the lap frame and see how I go with that.

OOOOh marru love the woodland folk they are fab. Do they take long to do? I have the rubber stamps of those somewhere .
