Hey there, what a beautiful day.

Nana is a lot better today, she can actually stand up on her own again. I think the tablets the doctor gave her have kicked in, thank goodness.

On the stitching front I have got loads done on the border on my sampler today just two sides left to do, yay!

Think I'm going to go and have a little glass of wine in the garden now

    xx

Great news! Hope everyone else's poorly relatives are on the mend too.
Been adding music to hubby's iPod today. If I went outside, I'd only have to drown myself in suncream first & I just can't be bothered. Might join you girls for a glass of wine though! :)

glad everyones relatives are feeling better ... sending further get well vibes.

I'm still in 2 minds whether i like the sun or not... on the plus side I can leave DS to run around outside and he is SOOO much happier (and sleeping sooo much better) for it. on the downside i am unable to wear little dresses etc to go out in due to my scabby legs thanks to baby so having to keep covered up and too hot. That and everytime I get an icelolly DS steals it - regardless of the fact he has his own!!! Aparently he has 2 hands and therefore must have food in both!!

Well I wasssss going to post my progress but I think my data cable is downstairs and I've just got settled in bed with cut thru princess and am NOT going down to get it..... maybe in the morning before I trek off to the hospital for my 2 hour session.

I got a bit creative with princess palace.... still didn't have a yellow-red verigated thread in those 30 i ordered so I decided to use 4 different colours and do multicoloured fireworks.... i think they look FAB but will let you decide when i post a pic. my neice will have to have it for christmas as it's not gonna get done by her birthday on Saturday.

Czar is looking FAB and that buny is tres neat Flat Eric.

Just added our 35th member to the Flickr group - Marru - and we have just reached 250 pictures posted. Not bad since the end of November last year. Keep up the good work :T

I will be out of the country for about a month starting in early May (see sig! Excited? Moi?!) so it would be really good if one of the three Flickr group Mods would be able to step up and act as Admin for the month of May.

Without this, anyone who asks to join the group won't be able to - I thought that promoting people to Mods would let them sign people up, but apparently this only works if you Admin a Flickr group - or maybe it's way I managed to set it up...oops!

I know Chicky's going to be somewhat busy to say the least in May so would Kez or 23rdsprial be prepared to act as Admin while I'm away? You don't have to keep doing it afterwards - I just don't want anyone who wants to join to have to wait until I've returned from Siberia!

All it would involve is checking into Flickr once every day or so to see whether there have been any requests to join and then accepting or declining them. We've had a few people who were obviously not on MSE asking to join (frankly, some of them looked like all they wanted to do was spam us with their links to Etsy and so on...) so that's why I've asked everyone who asks to join to give their MSE name.

If one of you would like to help out I'd be very greatful :D
  • WIll you have internet access to do a blog or post some photos while you are travelling Mags? I bet you're so excited! Have you sorted your itinerary yet? x
