    Crikey let me think...

Mum likes most flowers really (sorry v. unhelpful!) Roses, sweet peas and peonies seem to come to mind as favourites though.
She also has a thing for Italian/Greek holiday scenes at the moment, if that makes sense!

Eek! My friend had a little girl this morning, 5lb 6oz! That's another project to do! Will have to get looking at birth samplers too :)

What about a MP Tuscan Cottage I can ;) if you would like.

    well done *louise* she's lovely....

I am now waiting for my varigated threads to arrive so i can do the fireworks on cut thru then i'll post a pic..almost moved onto the B squares while I wait - then saw just howw many stitches that would involve and cried.... went for these threads in the end incase anyone is on the hunt.

don't think i posted on here... unless little boy comes of his own free will (i was worried he would this morning) i am booked in to be induced on 17th april. this could mean 24 hours+ of being stuck in bed in hospital with nothing happening ..... do i take my cut thru or a new project....... :rotfl:

i have loads of different birth samplers if any ;);) are needed including a nice sheep design, an eastery design, a toy shelf and kittens from the new baby cross stitch favourite mag.

    Hi there everyone.

Please can I come and play? I have so many UFO's it's unreal at the minute but trying to work through them as there's a couple of charts I want to start but I'm really trying to hold myself back.

I am working on a sampler tonight that I have put together myself and resembles lots of things from our family, I am so proud of it but teh border is taking ages, I will try and post a pic up soon

    My April Challenge

I found this old kit lurking at the bottom of my stash trunk:

It's more "abstract" than I would usually sew but I'm enjoying it.
