Oh Chicky - I have images in my head that I don't want

I can just see you doing all that childbirth stuff, puffing and panting and whatnot and the midwife shouting "PUSH" at you...

And you saying... in a minute, I've nearly finished a section... :D

I got so annoyed with a garage I bought a car off once (had to go back 4 times about the same thing), that I ripped their sticker off the back window, cut the advertisement bit off the tax disc holder and took their keyring off my keys.

I left them on the passenger seat the fourth time I went back. They were gone when I collected my car ;)
:T :rotfl: that's gutsy! (i'm glad they did sort your car and not do something mean in return!)

    Hi there everyone.

Please can I come and play? I have so many UFO's it's unreal at the minute but trying to work through them as there's a couple of charts I want to start but I'm really trying to hold myself back.

I am working on a sampler tonight that I have put together myself and resembles lots of things from our family, I am so proud of it but teh border is taking ages, I will try and post a pic up soon

    xxx

    hello! welcome to the thread

It's more "abstract" than I would usually sew but I'm enjoying it.

Back from the dentist, and she took a canine tooth out!! The numbness is begnning to wear off now, so won't be on the computer for very long :o.

Here's the coaster that I finished last night.

    DSCF0473.JPG

It is for a friend's son who is 21 (and who's name begins with H). he is a computer student, and 10101 is 21 in binary code.

Quite chuffed with it all. I created the lettering and numbers from a font I found on the computer, then used some of the computer icon ideas from here and here. To make them fit I had to stitch over one thread...it's 32 count, so I needed my magnifying glass!!

Might get some Elegant Lady done later, or some quilting (only a pot-holder, but my first attempt). I may have to wait if the pain in my mouth gets much worse though...I can see Numb3rs calling me on DVD, or it could be NCIS, or House!!!

Have a good day everyone....lovely here...warm and sunny, over 22 deg C atm!!!

    Brilliant coaster i love it.

nmm it's really coming to life now

Erics mum that is lovely .
