OP must have been as drunk as a skunk, doesn't know if it's a motorhome or a caravan parked in his drive. My advice to him is to be very nice to his campers or he won't get an invite to their party on New Year's Eve.
Although TBH if they haven't asked to use his shower between now and then he may wish to turn down the invite......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Keep an eye out for Kings and Shepherds....Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

Hope you guys are having a lovely day!
Never again.
To answer the question whether you could cook a roast in the caravan, it seems not only can you cook the beast with all the trimmings. Their mum and dad popped over. We had just finished and settled down to watch the Queens speach when there was a knock at the door. The two people with a combined age of about 175 wondered who we were and then asked if their son was in. I pointed them to the caravan and off they went. They came back 10 minutes later to ask if they could use the loo as the BP was a bit far (yes they are open today and thankfully stocked Oust).
I went in after the old man had come out and spent the last 5 minutes bleaching the floor after he had obliterated it. I certainly hope he wasnt a marksman in the Boer war as he has pretty much "friendly fired" the quilted loo rolls stacked up behind the bog.
Thankfully they havent come knocking for an OXO cube as I may just tell them where to stick it.

Hysterical.
Very odd people. At what point would the buyers think, "maybe we should go to parents for Xmas dinner, rather than let them find out we haven't moved in yet."I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. learn to say no!
Also on a side point if you are allowing them to park and live on your land does this not make you responsible for the land they are on and as such if they slip or fall you could be liable? The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!
