All joking aside, this is a very weird situation and I would forget its christmas and all that and get them off your property. Its still your property and nothing to do with them until they have atleast exchanged contracts, say Mr. X and his cigarette supposedly slip on your drive and hurts his back, or theres some sort of issue with them exchanging? What they going to do? just camp on your property like travellers! when I have sold houses my solicitor never lets the buyers have any access to do painting, cleaning or whatever they want to do until actual completion! I know its extreme but these days you never know..0

How... weird lol.
I would definitely find out what their plans are for Xmas day?:j0 -
Well they have gone to bed for the night - they both came in the their evening pee but I didnt ask about tomorrow as i then would have felt the urge to invite them for dinner or a glass of wine if they told me they were cooking a turkey on the engine or something.
Hmm, i hope they arent these sort of people who needs a pee in the night!0 -

oh i see, never heard that term before! No, they havent offered to tarmac the drive, just for permission to park up.
Poor rudolph though, he is sitting a little lopsided after the dog lent his back leg against it. Surprised the dog didnt get an electric shock pis s ing into 240 volts.0 -
In a previous incarnation the peg bag featured in a post along similar lines. Plot was different but the humour was the same. Excellent start to Christmas!0
