Any normal person would have sent the Clampett's to a caravan park, sent the mother to a local B&B and sent the p1key to some self-storage.

Any/all of those would have been reasonable. I'd have kept them outside while I googled the phone numbers - and given them a piece of paper with the details written down.

believe me, if exchange doesnt happen tomorrow, they will be packing

These events have been drip drip, to tell them to pee off would be deleveraging the situation, annoying them etc

I have the mother, the huscats ashes and the garage full of 1960s finest chipboard, they have to commit now. To send them away today on the eve of D Day would be peeing away our future dream home.

lol, thanks for the description, i have a uni paper to get in for 7th jan on archeology and i just dont care, id so much rather read and re read this thread.
