You are not actually banned until you appear in court.

wasn't sure of the process, thought it would have been an instant ban if caught 'red handed'.

My guess is that they've been converted to Catholicism and have gone to Lourdes to offer repentance.

I wasnt going to update given nothing was due to happen, but the camper has disappeared overnight. More worryingly is that neither of us heard it leave...

So if anyone sees a White VW Camper "Barry Bound" let us know.

Anyway, I am sure they have just popped to the shop to buy me a birthdaycard and huge present.

Off to London now. If anyone is going to the Maze restaurant at 1.30pm or perhaps seeing Ghost Stories at 5.30pm, I may see you all there

    Have a great day peeps.
    Excellent news.

I'm sure nothing more will go wrong & house sale will go through ok.

Police dont have the power to ban you, thats left to the magistrates.
I was hit by a DD a few years ago, I caught him red handed after a short chase, called the police, he was arrested and charged with being 3 times OL, it took 9 months to get to court !.
He pleaded not guiltyin court and so then I was called as a witness which dragged it out even further, eventually for being 3 times over he was found guilty by the mag and was sentenced to 18 months ban and a £700 fine. Until he was convicted he was still able to drive, he even drove to court !

no idea if this story is genuine or not, and if it is , i feel for the op. But omg it has had me in stitches.

just wondering tho , how on earth they can afford a mortgage and to buy your house? unless they have jobs in the new area. unless i miss read, through my laughter.

i hope it all works out and the sale does go through.
