Loved the loan shark bit. Whats the puppy called?

martinbuckley, if you are not enjoying this, please move on. As you can see, loads of us are really enjoying it. :)

Puppy is called Dexter. Though we may have to rebrand it and teach it not to expose my wifes breast to strangers.

I hope they never read this, but I wouldnt take her in exchange for the paperbill. To quote the peg bag thread, we would need two bag for lifes, one for her head and one for mine if hers accidentally slipped off.

I still think this is a complete windup. With due respect to the "Jones Family" should they not be called the clampetts:eek: as I cannot believe any 'normal' sellers would have put up with all that is alleged to have gone on:D

Mrs Jones is happy about the puppy but as she has just reminded me, I have to go and pick up the shi te from the garden as a) it is our dog and b) we cant leave the house in a mess for the buyers.

I tried to remain positive afterall, we cant have them pulling out. I told them BP were always looking out for toilet cleaners.

I just hope they have their mortgage offer confirmed......

This thread is worth reading just for the line about toilet cleaners.

    Sheer quality.

  • I love this thread also. I only wish thejonesfamily had written the Christmas episode of Benidorm that I had been looking forward to for weeks, but which was totally unfunny. This is much more amusing. Good on yer, Joneses :D

It has certainly given me one or two giggles over the Christmas period.

Keep it up (oo errrr) the Joneses.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

I agree about Benidorm. The problem is they had to re write it as the old man died a few weeks before filming in August and I am afraid hasty rewrites lose a lot of laughs. I hardly laughed at that episode and it will have to go down as the worst Christmas TV ever.

They should have filmed here. And I thought about it as I was hoovering last night aS i swear a bit of Mrs Clampetts knicker elastic went up the dyson.

Royle Family was also a bit too much recycled this Christmas. We need Del Boy back.
