    They have just come back.

They parked up again and I flew out of the door. I was just about to mouth off when he produced a new Rudolpf out of the caravan as an apology for the dog weeing and blowing the circuit on the last one with a bunch of flowers for the Mrs and a thank you note. They said they came in earlier as their heating is kaputt in their vanand they went out to look for a garage, but couldnt find one open.

They have asked whether they could stay one night in the house rather than freeze and have offered £100 for the inconvenience. They have promised to find a hotel from tomorrow and appreciate the good will. I have agreed as we may as well be on speaking terms and we may as well get paid for the hassle if they are using the loo etc anyway.

Since the spare beds are now flatpacked, they are on the airbed tonight. They have even promised to cook breakfast tomorrow as a futher thanks.

They are nice people, I am just wondering if people from Devon are a little homeley??
I wouldn't say that people from Devon are particularly homeley, but you read the Sunday People so everything is now clear!

Just be aware that there are people on here with serious problems and desperate for help. If you want to have a laugh, post in other areas like The Moneysavers Arms, so that those who are truly suffering, about to lose their home and at their wits end this Xmas, can be sure that posting in House Buying, Renting and Selling is not seen as a joke.

  • Come on this is absurd now, it started off funny but the joke has gone on way too long now.
  • further to the above posts, I will stop posting then. I was genuinely looking for a little guidance and to share my house moving issue, but i dont think i will bother now.

So are you stating that everything you have said is true? If so why have you not replied to the countless replies that have stated it is a windup then?
