My colleague got a text from O2 saying that there having problems with his upgrade about 1 week after sending the text - Maybe the loophole is closing???

I actually did upgrade to a new phone and got the message, maybe problems in their system. Told id only get a fiver anyway so not goign to chase them up.

I received this message yesterday, (sent upgrade message earlier this week) dwhat happens if I call the number? Does this mean they "know" I havent really upgraded? Can I try a different sim or should I leave it for a while?
