We bought scales for the office aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages ago so I always use those and know it's consistent!

I found my weight spreadsheet and I started it in June 08 (when I got with OH), within 2 months I put on almost a stone :o, I think it's cos we always went out for lunch/dinner/drinking :rotfl:

Lol! How much are you aiming to lose?

I know you don't really watch tv, but did you see The Worlds Biggest Loser last night? One of them lost 1st 3 pounds in a week!

How was WI? It can be frustrating trying to lose weight but once you start it, you will feel so good and will be easier. 5 years ago I lost 2 stones just by doing exercise and watching what I was eating (I couldn't live without chocolate so substituted lunch with a TWIX:o:D). I am a 130lbs now, would like to go down to a 120, I'm short so 10lbs is the difference between size 12ish and 10, my legs are really chunky. But I find that as I am getting older, it's so hard to lose weight.

Morning all, thanks for your weigh in wishes!

Unfortunately I am very disheartened. Even though I've done workouts 6 out of 7 days and have eaten loads of fruit and really cut down and watched what I am doing/eating, I have only lost 1lb. :( Not sure where I have been going wrong...my fitness pal has recorded me as eating about 1300 cals a day and I am working off about 200.

This is exactly what has happened before, I change so much and make a lot of effort with exercise to only lose 1lb and then I think it just isn't worth all the effort for such a small change.

    meh :(
