    Well hello 2011.

We were in bed before midnight and OH woke with a jump when the fireworks started going off...I think he thought we were being bombed!!

Today I have spent £5.41 on a loaf of bread and some baps (that we needed) and a garlic flatbread and some choc (that OH just HAD to have!!)

Not too bad I suppose, but could have been less had I gone in the shop on my own!!

Now I'm going to make apple pie and do some baking.

Been out for most of the day today. OH has been fixing my sisters car at my parents house, which brings the added bonus of my mum feeding us two meals and means our food will stretch that little bit further :)

Spent £6.35 this morning though :( on a bunch of flowers for the cemetery, ham for sandwiches for oh work lunches, a pack of blank cds for oh and a pack of chewing gum for oh. I suppose I cant complain too much really, it could have been alot worse. And will hopefully manage most of the rest of the week without spending much, just bread and milk as and when its needed as have plenty of food in and oh back to work on Tuesday, and I dont plan on going out unless I absolutely need to, and will walk as much as is possible to save on fuel.

Its the little changes that will make the difference though now, will be skinter than a skint thing very soon.

Hope everyone is well and slowly de-christmassing, we will be doing that tomorrow I think.

    xxxxxx

    Morning all
Lie in till 9.30 today which was nice, I do enjoy not having to get up when the alarm goes off :)
Normal service resumes tomorrow though when OH goes back to work.
Today he has to pop out to get some tools to work on my sisters car, but I shall be staying home to get the housework done and take the Christmas decorations down and get them all put away. Want to get everything tidy again ready to face 2011 :)

    Hope everyone is well
And I hope no money is spent today.

Off to work this afternoon, although not much to do before I go as most of the jobs were done yesterday.

Added up all our direct debits and we should just about manage this month as long as nothing unexpected crops up, dont know how many months we'll be able to cope like this though, I must find a job and soon!!

A little fed up today though, its so tempting to just crawl into a corner & stay there!!
