I'm getting more and more concerned for my cash...
so i called up my credit card company and they have no record of my nochex payment. they say this is because nochex acts like paypal, they hold the funds until such time as the merchant tells them that they've been delivered.
then the cash it moved to their account. that makes me feel better.
although by this time had contacted nochex and have queried wether or not zudirect are legitimate. they told me they'd do an investigation and thay they take fraud v. seriously. but wont divulge any info to me unless i ask the police to if i report a fraud. i've also emailed sandra at zudirect asking to cancel my order. lets see what i hear next...

With ref to my earlier comments about zu direct.com.The company have been in touch and explained the situation.They have been experiencing supply problems and are making every effort to ship all orders made to date.Their representative was very understanding about our concerns and totally understood peoples concerns on the run up to christmas.Therefore i would like to take this oppertunity to withdraw my comments about them being fraudulant and in fact they are a company experiencing supply problems and trying their best to honour orders as quickly as possible.Finally be patient as i have confidence now we will receive our orders or receive a refund in full.

Hello Frazer. I too am interested in purchasing a PSP for a Christmas present and I like the look of the refurbished ones on zudirect.com.

As you have already been lied to once by this company I wouldn't withdraw your comments just yet based on what a sales rep has promised.

I hope I am wrong on this but no contact info, domain registrant details hidden and a new site just in time for Christmas could be worrying.

Not sure if this is on here but the psp value pack is on http://www.prcdirect.co.uk/ for £149. Been looking for one for ages and this seems to be a good deal unless anyone can tell me different.

to be fair they've said that the tpyical retail price is £210, probably to make their £150 price look a good reduction.
you can get it most places for £150, so no it's not that cheap

How do i know what mobo is in the psp - is there a label or do you have to crack the case open

I have been following this thread with great interest, now the only people that are saying good things are ones that have only registered recently, Frazer I have my concerns with your comments as if I ha spent that amount of money I would not be singing the companies praises until I had received the goods. All the good comments just do not add up to me. I would like to see the mods do a check on the IP addresses of all the "Supporters", because I am willing to put money on the fact they all originate from the same ip address or at least the same area if you reverse the dns.

As I said previously, you get no where by doing a whois check, and yet companies are supposed to have details open, only individuals are supposed to be able to hide info - seems very strange to me!!!!#

Also I sent them an email the other day asking a question, just to see if they would respond and then chase the email address, and guess what, it cant trace, only goes to a webmail login - very, very strange way to run a sales business that is legitimate if you ask me. The originating IP for the email was 216.40.35.72 if anyone else wants to check.
