Afternoon all, not done much today. Feel so tired and unproductive I think it's the weather making me feel so exhausted.
I'm happy to do the secret santa, but will need to be told how to do it too. Will have to do it soon though as I have no plans on going anywhere in December let alone the post office lol.
Maxi take ages to pay out Chelm I got a voucher for huby and it took two and a half months! Maybe they were behind but it took a long time. I only received about a week ago!
Hubby has been feeling a bit down as I still hadn't thought of anything I wanted for Christmas. I like to be spoiled with things I can't justify during the year, but I have finally come to a happy medium, going to order my expensive MAC makeup (as technically it is a necessecity, dressing gown and pj'sI'm hoping he takes t hint of the Christmas OPI collection into mind for my stocking though, can't find them anywhere, they are out of stock at the moment
Ordered my birthday present too, fingerprint heart charm with dd's fingerprint and name on, hubby has to choose a chain for it but I can't wait. It may be one of the best presents I have received. Just need to think of a present for my mum's OH and my younger brother (16 years) I have racked my brains and cannot think of anything to get them. I think I have wasted several hours today thinking and getting nowhere. Perhaps I should stick to the money making instead.
So glad to hear you got paid Legend, that is so fab! All those good deeds you have been doing must be bringing you some good fortune hunHope you enjoy some relaxing at the hairdressers hun x
Hope you managed to get on and get some rest rufus hun.Comping wishlist for 2017

HI Elysia that sounds good to me although I will also need to have more instructions about how it works
Thanks Sparkly, I will be sure to update you all after the carboot, fingers crossed it doesnt rain.
Savvy that charm sounds like a really nice idea - my SIL had some cufflinks made for BIL with their baby's fingerprints on, so cute!
I havent done any moneymaking today as I had to go to the shops which was painful as I spent way too long there and way too much monney ha ha! Im hoping to do the rest of my Christmas shopping online so I can avoid going back again.0 -
Hello everyone,
Received another piney voucher this morning to add to my tiny collection, very exciting will all help towards christmas.
Have also received the shop and scan stuff, it looks very involved, how long does it usually take you to do?0 -
Well done Boat Girl, you seem to be doing very well
I am very happy, just received my £10 Amazon evoucher from Ipsos that I was moaning about the other day, yey!0 -
Thanks, yes really getting into it all, it's nice to have something to focus some brain power on. It's also ideal to fit around Tabi especially as she naps so much at the moment.
That's good about your redeem, did it take ages to come?0 -
Evening everyone.
I havent stopped all day, well just for a quick sandwich lunch time. My fingers and arms are aching like mad and I am only half way at most of stripping the old sofa fabric off. I am having a break in the morning, my brother is picking me up to take me up his place for an hour or two, then I will be back at it again in the afternoon.
I managed to get through all the quick polls etc on T just now, had a couple more surveys which I finished too. I am over 70,000 points on there again already.0 -
sorry I haven't been around for ages. it was ds2's birthday yesterday so was busy getting sorted for that. we all have coughs and colds at the moment too. ds2 came home from school early on Friday and ds1 was off today.

Claros
Elysia2003
Bunbun

If I've missed anyone or if you would like to be added, could you please let us know before the weekend?
This is how is how the secret santa works.
I just need to double check with Foxy if it's still ok, but as she so kindly volunteered to help, I should imagine it would be.
We'll give it another day - incase anyone is missing and then over the weekend can you list about three or four suggestions/ideas about what you would/wouldn't like - such as.........no nuts as I'm allergic, I love craft items, I like blah, blah, blah, I don't have pierced ears, I'm dieting so no chocolate. No smellies as I have excema.
This needs to be pm'd to Foxy.
After the weekend, Foxy will then draw names out of the hat, and tell you who choose a present for, and pm you their suggestions/ideas/do not like list.
You then choose three items of £10 value what you think the recipient would like. Write the items down - such as Argos 999/9999 or the specific item, M&S dark chocolate truffles, and when you have 3, pm it back to Foxy and she will pass them back. This needs to be done by Sunday of the following week (27th November) at the latest, as time is running out.
When you receive your list of three items - you can either get your other half/someone to choose one and buy it without you knowing,(make sure you give them the money. LOL) OR just choose the one you'd like most.I get DD1 to choose, buy and wrap it, so it really is secret, but it's up to you.
Don't forget to wrap it and label it from your secret santa, and if it's a surprise (like mine will be) NO PEEKING!
I've tried to write it as clear as I can (sorry if it sounds like I'm preaching), but I just wanted to try and explain it simply, as to avoid confusion). :AI :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!
