Hi Michelle - good luck with the governor role. I do it for 2 local schools although it was because I was a councillor and not becuse I had children. It still takes up a lot of time and I have just agreed to go in one day a week to help with some who struggle to read. It amazes me the fact that the parents cant be bothered to help them.

How do you find out the low prices at T? Are there scanners or do you have to keep checking at the till?

Hello! I'm so sorry I haven't been around, life has been so hectic! Had a new man on the go, but that soon went down the pan lol! So lots more spare time to get stuck in

I've missed out on so much, I would try and catch up on everything, but they aren't enough hours in the day... AND you all like to chat so much :rotfl:

Moneymaking hasn't been going too well here, but it's all systems go again, I'm pretty much done for the big C word but needs to make lots as passing my test is taking alot more money than I could of imagined (thats mainly my fault though for failing 3 times :mad:)

Evening all, we saw the surgoen for OH today must say he was great, went to a private hospital but on the NHS (one of the ones they're using to get waiting lists down) what a difference appt was dead on time and no messing we were in and out within 8 minutes. Oh does have to have the hernia patched up and although we weren't given an exact date the surgeon is hoping to be able to do it before xmas.

I know it is a good thing he is getting sorted but on the other hand we haven't got the money for him to be off 3 weeks which is what they have said. I have finished xmas for the family all but having one small photo printed so we have said just a small gift for each other from the kids for their sake more than ours.

Not getting too far on money making, still waiting for VO to credit and doing all I can on T as i'm over the 70000 now, have no energy to write review at the minute not sure whats wrong with me but hope it passes quickly cause i'm exhausted. Have started playing some free bingo so hopefully I might get a win!!

Cornish - so lovely to see you again. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you, but it's nice that you are back with your online family again. We've missed you. Sorry about you failing your last test. Shame. It's obviously the examiners fault.

Evening all, just spent all evening tryingto sort three packages on parcel2go, kept logging me out saying i was taking too long. Done and dusted.

thank you for the well wishes for dd, bless her she is such a trooper she managed to eat a bit of her dinner despite the pain and she managed her milk for the night too. She has settled without too much hassle and her lip looks like it is starting to go down a little. We have plenty of bubble wrap laying around we were joking about wrapping her up in it lol. It's funny no matter what age they are they still manage to have these accidents, I remember my brother going head first off a scooter when he was 13 and chipped his tooth in half, I cannot imagine how painful that must have been!

What a relief for OH to be seen Emma, especialy at a private hospital on the NHS. Hope the operation comes soon for you I bet it must be stressful knowing there isn't much you can do. I would have thought such an injury would require fast treatment

Good luck with the driving test cornish, I was lucky to pass my test with 13 minors, I must admit though I am a million miles better at driving than I was back then, practice makes perfect. You will get there in the end. do they do the naming parts of the engine and changing a tyre on the roadside now? Well done on getting pressies bought, I still have the men to buy for except hubby, its so hard i dont know what to buy!
