Hello hun - well done on all the redeems and dooU crown. You're beating me, I'm only only 20 now, or is it 21. I seriously need to pull my finger out.

Congratulations on being made parent govenor. That's wonderful. You're doing well keeping motivated.

It's lovely to hear from you - we know you're busy, so pop in when you can. OK? :)

  • Well what a crap day, just been at the childrens urgent treatment room for two and a half hours (you would be mistaken for the name!) Hubby took dd out for a walk, he came back and sounded exhausted. Asking if he was ok he said no, just the way he did when he ended up in hospital. He lost grip on dd and she went face first into the pavement, blood down her face and lip badly swollen. NHS direct were useless at giving advice on what we should do, they couldn't give us any advice for at least an hour until someone had assessed the situation! So we went to the hospital. She's fine, split lip, gum and the connecty bit from lip to gum but she seems happy in herself. Third accident in as many weeks due to hubby, he is so accident prone :( She came out with a teddy though as the doctor thought she was adorable.

As the say it comes in threes so it's my turn next to have an accident, so only necessary car journeys from now on! First time I have ever stepped out of the house without makeup or doing my hair, I must look a right state but you don't care when it's your kids do you lol

Hopefully that's the end of the drama today, just want to wash my hair, put in some rollers and chill!

How's everyone else been? How is the money making going?

Haha I know the old school style bikes goes back to the old school days of rap etc, don't think the penny farthing is going to catch on though lol. I only have so many boots points as they have terrible customer service, they lost my soap and glory set last year, twice, so refunded me twice and as I lost out on the set they added the points to make up for it, an order got lost in transit so they added the points to buy the item and refunded me, I would have preferred to have a good service though. I had some left over from last year too, and whatever I made from surveys and livingsocial. Definitely get onto them about the missing points, I need to do that too but I find their customer service a nightmare to understand what the issue is. Over on the living social thread the 'company rep' has put a dedicated email for treatstreet that may get you an answer quicker. I hope you get your survey thing to work later, how annoying that's alot of money to miss out on.

Loving the stig costume Legend, nothing like that at my local but will keep my peepers open in case as our nephew would love it :)

Hope Michelle is ok, no idea what has happened but if there is anything I can do to help please let me know. Sending our love x

Savvy - so sorry to hear about DD's accident. My dd1 did that too - she fell over her chair in the bedroom, and banged her face off a bookcase. I wouldn't mind, she was 16 at the time, and the docs said it's usually under 5's who do this. She didn't need it glued or anything either, so I hope DD is ok. Don't let her eat salty crisps or anything for a couple of days. Ouch.

Mum2three - well done hun. You've had a very successful day today. Well done on the redeems too. That's what I like, lots of redeems before Christmas, then it will soon be time to start all over again. ;)

I've managed to get my password for the focus group, after all afternoon emailing back and forward, and I've checked I can log in. I'll be on there from 8, so if I don't come back on, I'll see you all tomorrow.

Have a lovely evening - try and relax, and take care xxx

  • Sorry about your little one Savvy, hope she starts feeling better soon.

Managed a nap this afternoon, so feeling a bit more human.

I have been invited to an online chat tonight about women's sport, they will pay £10 for the hour, must have contacted me through a survey site. Does anyone else do these? Looks like they happen every Tues night.
