  • Won 1600 points in Bingo today woohoo - so near a redeem this week!

Have started following a few of you on toluna, can you send me the list and add me to it? Same username as here. Will start getting more proactive with polls and opinions.

Hi everyone, i've been reading and i have got very confused on how to play the bingo? i have clicked "play now" but nothing is happening, could anyone help?

You should come up with a seperate page to play. Have you got a yellow bar coming up at all asking you to accept the format thingy they use, maybe your computer is blocking it. If not, not sure and hope someone else can help. Good luck
  • don't know if you are just interested in saving money on christmas things too...but yesterday in my local Tesco they were selling really nice rolls of gift wrap, gold with gold/silver lettering and white with gold/silver lettering - 4 metres a roll 50p each and on a 3 for 2 so effectively cost 33p-ish a roll...that must be the cheapest about - I bought 6 rolls so thats my gift wrap sorted for next year, also noticed today in M&S gift tags reduced to 25p a pack. Christmas cards in ASDA most packs 50p a pack..............
  • Sorry to be a pain again but I am trying to find the post were one of you explains how to follow someone on Toluna I know it was quite recent but I just can't find it. Would someone be so kind as point me to it or quickly explain it again.
Sorry I should have taken notice last time. Feel like the naughty child in the class who wasn't listening!

  • I find the surveys very hit and miss so I tend to make most of my points writing opinions. For every opinion over 80 words, you get 100 points. There is a limit to how many points you can get just with opinions each month but I can't remember how much it is .

Also, you can earn points by starting opinions. If you get 20 responses to an opinion you create then you get 500 extra points. That's how we can help each other, by replying to each others opinions and helping them reach the 20 answers. You can also create polls but you need hundreds of responses before you get bonus points.

Finally, there are the quick polls. You get 15 points for every poll you answer and it literally takes 1 second. Sometimes the polls can be worth up to 120 points and these often lead to a survey after which can then earn you more if you qualify. If you have a spare 10 minutes it's a quick way of adding a few more points.

Hope that helps, any more questions please ask

is this what you are looking for??

To follow someone, go to your own profile page (find it in the 'you' section. Then in your web address bar, delete your own name and type the username of whoever you are wanting to follow. That will take you to their page. On the right is a little box with stars in. Under that is a bar that says 'follow'. Click that and you will now be folowing that person.
On your profile page, under your picture, it tells you who you are following.

When you write an opinion try to make sure it's 80 words or more then you get 100 points. I write mine in Word and do a word count to check.
If you create an opinion and get 20 responses then you get a bonus of 500 points. If you get 30/40/50 etc responses you get more bonus points, I can't remember how many though.

So, we can help each other get to get 20 responses on any opinions we create. By helping each other we all should get points - the person who created the opinion will get bonus points once they have enough comments. The person commenting on the opinion will get 100 points if they write 80+ words.

Whether it's worth it or not is up to you really. It depends how long it takes you to write the opinions and whether you have that time to spare. I can't do it every day, nor would I want to as I think I would get bored! I write opinions maybe 2-3 times a week and will see the points build up gradually.
I know I won't earn hundreds of vouchers this way but every bit helps. I'm hoping to redeem twice with Toluna this year, so that will be £30. That's not a huge amount, but with the other bits I'm earning here and there, it will all combine to make a big difference at christmas time :D

    or maybe this one?

Sorry If I duplicate anything as I’m writing this in Word, as I read through the posts.

Legend – I hope you bought the presents – what a bargain! The sealed pot is really for the January sales but the will benefit you Christmas 2012, so while I’m not using mine – it’s your money to do what you want with ;)
Susan – foot pump for the heating?
Poohspals – I hope you won with that £40.
Giggles – well done on Shopping.com. You did brilliantly. What did you find to review. LOL. I’ve done it twice now and really struggled. I even emailed Stuart to ask how do suggest products to add, so you can review them, but he didn’t answer.
Twinklestar – give toluna another chance. The survey points get added in a day or less now, not months like they used to. The points mount up quickly if you take the surveys on the homepage.
Pinkfluffy – well done on your redeems. Woohoo.
Well done on your money making Georgie girl. You are doing so well. Baby steps is great – it means you don’t get fed up, and things start to become second nature. Brilliant. Xxx
Thanks for the info on the wrapping paper Victoriaplum – please join in if you want. We’d love to have you here – the more the merrier.
Gemini – I hope you put the money for the bar of chocolate in your sealed pot! It all mounts up and it’s better having £’s rather than lb’s. ;)

Right it 8.20. See you all at BP in a mo. xxx
