Savvy - I'm so glad you're feeling a little better. A good nights sleep works wonders. You try and rest as much as you can.
I'm on Elysia's netbook now - I only need to use Emily's and I've tried them all this week. Mine has gone back to factory settings so it's like new again. Trouble is I can't find the leads to the external disk drive, and so I can't put Norton back on yet.
Having to use this for surveys because there's no security yet on the Hp. I hope Viva is kind to everyone

No worries elysia, glad you have one...
Ips chucked me off for inconsistancy, reckon they have a clear out every so often
Free anti virus here, i`ve been using it for 14-15 years no problems what so rver, got ot on all my machines and it up dates itself every day, sometimes 3-4 times a dayChallenge 2018 - Learn by heart the Book by Wayne Morgan on Amazon - Betfair Football Trading as it helps to supplement my small income :beer:0 -
Evening all, felt awful again this morning having the most awful heart burn from these tablets, it brought back flashbacks of pregnancy lol. Did go to the hairdressers and had my hair done, so pleased I feel like a whole new me again and it was very mse too.
Well done Legend for being so thoughtful and caring to get Elysia a touchpad :Tand hurray for Elysia! Such a wonderful generous thread. I have to say I have seen more kindness on mse than I have seen day to day in a long time
Use Avira Antivir, it's free and use Malware Bytes weekly to make sure your computers completely clear. Alot of virus's are programmed to not be caught by the bigger names and find the these two work in perfect harmony.
Well done on your bargains Elysia, popped by tesco with my list and absolutely nothing left. Think a few mse'rs go to my local but they have also wised up a bit and removed alot of stock. Bet it all goes back out next week though lol
Sorry to hear you have had problems with ips ladies, that's such a pain. I wonder why they say inconsistency? I tend not to do them all but still with them. A little odd.Comping wishlist for 2017

Susan - you're the computer genius
Will it work with Web OS operating system that's on our HP's? Also, if that's only antivirus, won't I need anti spyware and internet security (for when I buy stuff) or is it all in one? Sorry, I'm totally useless when it comes to computers.
I reckon Ips where just having a sort out too. Housewife, two kids - I'm just average. It's funny that I could still get on every other site with no problems.
I've just spent two and a half hours doing surveys. Most I qualified for, for a change. I got £3 off Viva.
ETA: cross posted with you Savvy - sorry to hear about your heartburn. OMG I hate that. I hope it doesn't last too long. I didn't post my bargains on grabbit, so I hoped someone here would get a bargain. You ought to see me last week. I was going backwards and forwards to the pricechecker like a good 'un, searching for bargains. This week I wasn't looking and they practically fell in my trolley. :rotfl:I :heartpuls M.S.E.

I did get a warm and fuzzy feeling from seeing Elysia got a TP. I am so glad. It's true not many people are that caring and sharing in real life. But if us girls can't look out for each other, then who can.0

Well said Michelle. I really appreciate how Legend went out of her way to get me one.

You've been quiet lately Michelle. How are you doing hon?I :heartpuls M.S.E.

Well done on getting the other HP, glad it all turned out well in the end. I have had a long day out shopping with OH and his Mum. Got home at half six feeling really bad as my arms and shoulders were killing me (I have problems with them anyway) only to be told by OH that we were going out again in half an hour to the pub. I told him to go with his Mum and leave me at home. I just wasn't in the mood to go and sit on uncomfortable wooden seats for the evening after being out all day, its not as if he asked me first if I want to go anyway. I dont know what else we are doing over the weekend, but I will probably not have much time to come on here until Monday.
Had some good news though, YD has got a work placement at the school opposite to do along with her college course. Not sure when she is starting but glad she got it sorted.0 -
Sorry to hear you're aching Rufus. It's no fun, if you're not in the mood is it? Well done to yd having got that sorted.

DD1 was back at uni today. yay. Only went back for 2 hours boo. LOL. She's only back part time until half term.
I want to get back into my routine - and I can't. I :heartpuls M.S.E.
