Hi Ladies.

Cornish - is it just one somewhat helpful? I have had 3x somewhat helpful and 1 x not helpful before on DY, and never once had a review locked. It is just if the overall rating drops. You just don't earn the 1p, 2p or 3p from that person's rate depending on what category it is in.

Kneil we are getting a chihuahua pup which is from a litter my mum's dogs had.

elysia would a DS stylus not work with it? I know you said you had a spare DS. I bet it would.

DH had his car serviced today and the garage think the head gasket is going - £500 to repair :eek: and the car is only worth 2k. Oh and he's prob getting made redundant next month :eek:

Pinkerton - Hello and welcome. I'm also starting maternity leave in December, due my 2nd baby on the 27th December. DH changed career this year and is now self-employed, so we're having to be really careful with money now.

Elysia - surely IP can't withold the points, wouldn't that be theft as the points = actual money, what reason have they given?

Stepmum - well done on such a fantastic start to your childminding!

Cornish - I'm not sure reviews are always locked if the get an SU rating. I've had a couple as revenge rates but my reviews haven't been locked. I think if your review has lots of very useful and usefuls as well then it should be okay, if it has only SU or quite a few then they might check it and lock it if it needs improving.

Elysia, I know how you feel about the computer. My one has died a death now and I have to share OH's laptop. I have asked if I can have a new one for Christmas but its ages away. The cheeky thing said the other night he might buy himself a new laptop and I can have the old one lol. I hope not as he is always downloading stuff on it and it doesn't work properly like it ought to where he keeps running things on it that mess it up. I would much rather have a new one that I can make sure nothing gets put on it except what I want to go on it.

I had a few more surveys in my inbox tonight but I got screened out of all of them except a small one from YG which was a follow up. I did get my Viva payment though so not all bad. I will be out all day tomorrow as OH is getting his new suit and wants me to go with him. Then we have his Mum coming back with us for the weekend so I doubt I will get much time on here until she goes home Sunday or Monday.

Thanks Rufus! I am so chuffed! They said some lady was driving down from Liverpool to get 1!!! They had 3 left from the 20 they had in this afternoon! Funnily enough thanks to Elysia I phoned them this morning and they had none but kept an eye on grabbit and a lady said she had just picked up one from my local!!!
I dont actually know what I am doing mind! lol Hope you managed to get another Elysia otherwise an overnight roadtrip to Wales may be on the cards!

Michelle great idea about the stylus honey. Elysia has lost hers and uses a pen lid, consequently the screens are scratched go bits. DoU do lock reviews with s you. I think they check to see if the standard is high enough, and then unlock it.

Rufus you stick out for your own comp. I know how you feel. I used to share with d d 1 until I got my own.

Legend how are you doing? I've only downloaded one app so far (angry birds) and the kids are addicted so I hardly get a look in. What apps have you got so far? I need inspiration. If you download the kindle app leg me know how you do it :-)

I know I have missed loads - I am soooo tired. have been to the hospital today, 45 mins drive each way and hours waiting around.

OH went to go out today and realised that some little *****s had forced the lock on his car:( he rang the insurance the excess would have been:eek: so he replaced the batteries in the remote control and managed to get in

spent yesterday sorting out pet insurance - it is so complicated!

I am off to get the boys to bed then I am going to watch TV in bed.
